I was referred to Mr Anthony by a my car needed reprogram I did the mobile mechanic service you pay the $129.00 for the service call and if he works on your car the 129.00 comes off and goes towards the bill So Mr Anthony wanted to argue with me about what was wrong with my car I repeatedly told him that my car just needed program so he proceeds to do so the car starts up within 30 seconds the car runs about 22nd he pushes a button on the computer and turns it off and look at me and said the car keeps shutting off now I am looking at him with the 👀eyes 2hr go pass Mr Anthony says I found the problem I'm going to have to run a ground wire for it to start up but notice it started before without a ground wire😂 being ran so basically what he did was overcharge me put a piece of ground wire on my car and told me to bring it to his shop Monday how it's supposed to be so 129 for the service call 250 for the work done and I tip him an extra 50 bucks on top of that so now it's Monday I go to a shop 1 Broadway and he charges me another $129.00 says it's for a state inspection I didn't ask for a state inspection. 👹All I have too say is YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THE SLICK MECHANIC !!!!!!!

On several occasions strike force service handled my car and truck needs magnificently . I believe the company lost its touch in assisting our community. From Mobile mechanic to shop mechanic ! This prestige company forgot its roots! Became over priced and forgot it customers relationships! I will like to see this company flourish in the community. Keeping customer relationships its priority! keeping us on the road with its excellent mechanical infrastructure and intelligence which will surely have us as customers coming back! Stay focused…

Returning home, found car dead in airport parking lot. Very frustrating & stressful. Anthony from Strike Force was so great, assured me it was all gonna be ok, and it was. Hopefully never break down again but keeping his number in case. I felt like he went above & beyond what he had to. Truly appreciate everything and would recommend him to anyone. Trust and a little kindness, are hard qualities to find these days. Thank you.

Came across strike force after getting run around with Alfa Romeo dealerships. Air conditioning was blowing hot and earliest timeslot for dealer was several weeks away. Initially requested mobile service but was later told that the diagnosis had to be done in shop. When you request mobile service confirm with mechanic whether it can actually be done mobile, as this fee is non refundable. If your vehicle isn't drivable or unsafe to drive to their shop then obviously this could be issue. I decided to go ahead and take it in. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The mechanic kept me informed on the work and potential issues. Very clean and quick and didn't try to upsell me or try to have me replace things unnecessarily. Would recommend them. Appreciate the work strike force. 👍

Highly recommend this company. The service tech arrived on time, went above and beyond the battery testing we needed, and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He even helped my son with some pointers on vehicle maintenance and recommended options for a new battery that fit our budget. The office communicated quickly and their responses were timely. Well done!

When our car broke down 4 hours from home on a holiday weekend, we were fortunate enough to have found Strike Force. Anthony came out, diagnosed the problem and drove around to find the parts needed to fix our car. He was courteous and professional and apologetic that we were inconvenienced. We arrived home safely thanks to Anthony.

FIND ANOTHER MECHANIC!! These guys are just money hungry & overpriced. I literally just need a hub bearing replaced I already got the part I called to see how much they’d charge to replace it and for the first time in my life I was told I have to buy the part from them that’s the only way they’ll work on my car 🤣 like what ?

My son was driving across country. He broke down. Jake came to check on his vehicle and let him know what he needed to do. He even offered to go get him if he broke down on the rest of the way of his trip! Very helpful! Made a mom feel at ease! Thank you!!

They diagnosed and fixed a persistent issue I was having with squeaking noise in my rear tire. I had previously been to other mechanics and they weren't able to fix it. My experience with Anthony and his team was excellent and I highly recommend them!

Do not use those company!!! A mechanic had us sign for a 213.00 quote and it went up to 600.00 over 24 hours!! For a tension pulley and to put my belt on a 2002 Toyota Sequoia! Latasia or whomever the woman is can’t even get her words out because she is a liar!! The mechanic took the pulley off my truck and left states he had the wrong piece which was crazy because he took the piece. I am filing a civil lawsuit against them because legally you dont start a job charge one price then come back and up the price 400.00!! No ma’am mii father is Nigerian they can’t pull one me!! And YOU ARE A LIAR. We recorded Anthony’s conversation in front of the house what you don’t know!! As well he didn’t need to remove anything just put it on! So find the right one to try to play with! Not only are you all playing with money and time the part they Anthony said I needed was not the part I am currently here at an actual shop and was told whomever gave you the price of 496.00 for labor and 200.00 for parts were getting over on you because if the part that he stated we needed went out… the car would not move at all which wasn’t the case. So clearly you all don’t know what you are talking about!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First day they come out, they mis diagnosed the problem with my vehicle. Charge me over 600 dollars for the tie rods, but the car still making noise that I wanted fixed. Second guy comes out, tells me it was mis diagnosed it actually needs control arm. Tells me it will be 900 more dollars. I told the guy I didn’t want to spend over 1000 and somehow I’m at 1500? So he comes out to fix the control arm on Sunday and brings the wrong parts and tells me he can’t do the repair. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money with this company because it’s a scam

I can admit that I was sceptical about using a mobile mechanic, but Strike Force Mobile Mechanic did an absolutely fantastic job. Anthony was awesome. Kind, patient with my curious 4 year old, and efficient. Replaced my radiator and hoses in less than an hour. I had purchased the parts myself so they only charged me for labor, and it was more than fair. Honestly less than half of what a shop would have charged me. Didn't have to leave my car anywhere or find a ride home or to pickup. Got to stay at home and go about my business. Didn't have to mess with my kid's routine. I definitely recommend Strike Force.

Not reliable. He came to fix my suspension. He did not do a good job and he wouldnt come to correct it. You have to chase him. He promises to come but never does.
