Fui hacer el servicio de cambio de aceite a mi honda civic y el vehículo trae una tapa de metal como protector donde va el filtro debajo, no le pusieron los tornillos que lleva y se dañó. Tiene personal nuevo que no fue entrenado correctamente. Mal servicio.

Caught them removing parts of my car that were unrelated to the service. When called out, Trevor started cussing at me and I almost had to get the police out there. Beware these thieves.

Lobby is not heated. My car is making a loud noise since their service and they do not answer the phone. They left an item on the dash that they found near my windshield wipers but did not tell me until I saw it and went back.

I had an excellent experience getting my oil changed! The two guys who helped me were professional, efficient, and friendly. They did a fantastic job, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. Great work!

Fast and friendly service. A great addition to the Mint Hill area. I had an oil/filter change service, along with tires properly inflated, changed the air filter and also has a tail light bulb replaced. All in less than 15 minutes and at a great price.

Usually bring my own oil and filter due to my wifes European car. Pay $20 for the service. Today, they try to charge $50. What a scam.

The two people working at 4:45-5:00 on December 2nd were the most AMAZING people! They were beyond nice, did their job fast and were extremely professional!

Very inefficient operation. I pulled straight in, at 10:25AM with 2 people working in the shop. One other vehicle in the other bay only there for an inspection. The promise of a 10 minute oil change is lofty, and I knew it would be longer, but I didn’t expect it to be a half hour. Finally left a little after 11AM, I will say the tech did do the job and they topped everything off including air in my tires, it was just a mind numbingly slow process. No hustle to be found. Do not go here if you’re on a time crunch, which I was, but expected delivery a little closer to the promise on the sign.

Very satisfied with the service I received with a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation...great care and attention to detail...even torqued down the lug nuts on each wheel...I will be back and they were very quick.
