This was my first time here bringing my Yukon to be checked out. I was very impressed from the start. They took the time to make sure they knew all the info, kept updates through an online inspection form that updates as they work, and were very communicative.

I have trusted Gene, and the mechanics of Stress-Free Auto Care / Tires Unlimited for more than 30 years, and they are the best shop I have ever dealt with every visit.They have servicde all the vehicles I have owned, including regular inspections, routine maintenance, and oil changes, warranty work and they have provided me multiple sets of tires and tire rotations over the years. I have recommended them to all my family members and friends, and they have also experienced the same great care and service. I recommend them to you too!

Gene and the whole team were fantastic to work with. Not only is it easy to set up an appointment with them through their website, they keep you updated through text messages throughout the whole process. I went because their quote to change the brakes on my Land Rover Discovery Sport was better than the quote from the dealership. While Stress-Free Auto Care changed my brakes, they found some stuff that the dealership had done wrong so they offered to fix it and do it right for me. For a fee, of course, but I knew I wasn't getting screwed and overcharged. Will definitely go again!

I was impressed by how fast they fixed my car. I had 10+ problems, and the turn around date was ONE DAY! MAGNIFICENT! I have never had a fast service like that before. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask about the team member who was in the front desk name about his name, but he was amazing! He explained a lot about the car problem and how to a void it, I felt I am talking to a friend. I got a lot of advice from him on how to take care of the car! Thank y'all for your service!

Despite dropping the vehicle off in the morning, all they got done in 7 hours time was changing tires. I got a notification less than a few hours before close that they had just started working on the truck. It took several phone calls to hear any updates while I'm sitting wondering if I'll have my vehicle by the evening for work as promised. Will definitely be taking my vehicles elsewhere, including the very basic work they didn't fully complete today. (This was a first time and I'm looking for somewhere to bring my vehicles for regular maintenance and repairs)

Easy to fix online appointment and get a $10 discount. Another auto service shop said the wheel alignment cannot be done, unless so many expensive items were changed. But at Stress Free they not only aligned the wheels but did a good job. The best part I like about Stress Free is they don’t upsell you on unneeded repairs. They point out repairs needed but don’t force it on you. Also if something is not needed, they say it upfront. I asked about my transmission service and when I showed the maintenance records they said it was not needed. I like such honesty.

I had my wheel hub bearing replaced and also an all wheel drive alignment done. I dropped off my Jeep at 7:45am and it was completed by 11:30am. That is quick service and the price was not that bad, as always I am satisfied with the service. All of the mechanics seem to be very knowledgeable, I will continue my business with Stress Free Auto. I went here after being rear-ended and wanting to make sure that there was no damage to alignment or my tire. Stress Free got me an appointment in a timely fashion and even had my car taken care of faster than they anticipated. The complimentary inspection put me at ease when they let me know that there was no damage to anything mechanical. They found some body damage that I hadn't noticed and referred me to a body shop to get that repaired. The customer service was great! Although being rear-ended was extremely stressful, Stress Free Auto did take the stress out of getting everything repaired.

Consistently excellent service at Tires Unlimited Stress-Auto Care. Gene Brawn, the service manager, and the entire team have serviced all our cars since the late 90s, before the consolidation with Stress-Free, and we will continue to use them. Quotes, explanations of issues and repair options, and follow-up communication on the status of the repair are timely and informative, and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've taken my car to Stress-Free and I've been very happy with the amount of care and attention that was given to my car. Plus they work really fast and are great at communicating with you, if you have any questions and concerns (and don't know much about cars. haha).

I had spark plugs and ignition coils replaced on my 2013 Sonata at 116K miles. Cost was reasonable and works completed in about an hour, as promised. The waiting lounge was clean with coffee and snacks provided. Personnel was friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

As always, I schedule my appointment online, therefore it is easy to do anytime I am available. The team always keeps me up to date regarding any upcoming services needed on my truck. Which, I so appreciate and can schedule the needed service at that time or a later time, if needed. I have 110% trust in the team, their knowledge and honesty. I have been a Tires Unlimited customer since 2000, much preferred over any auto dealership or any other auto shop or tire dealer. I have no concerns or reservations referring family, friends and/or colleagues for tires or service at Stress-Free Auto Care/Tires Unlimited.

They were not very knowledgeable about Tesla. I heard different things from different advisors. They laughed at me when I asked detailed questions. They did not diagnose the original problem and still charged me for it
