10/10 service. Had some repairs and maintenance needed for my vehicle. I reached out to Stress-Free Auto Care and they were on the ball. Spoke with a few different technicians and they were all friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I have been coming here for years and there's no other shop that I trust with my vehicle, very affordable too! I give this shop my highest recommendation.

The San Diego team was a great help.......The check engine light poppped on and i made the appointment.....They did the initial inspection and reported back the issue/s......They dug deep into the check engine light codes they received and took care of the issue....I recommend Stress free, they are very black and white, No BS......Thanks Will, Jeremy and the San Diego team.

Needed a minor repair and I didn't have time to do it due to a family member being in hospital across the street. The staff was very accommodating and helpful in getting it fixed. Gave a very reasonable quote and got the job done quickly. In fact, I even added a oil change and tire rotation afterwards since I needed that also and everything was done quickly. Thank you again for all of your understanding and help!

Jeremy was very friendly and patient. He unlocked my car door there was an issue, contacted me to explain the issue. Then the automated txt communicated my car was in the bay & getting service's done. Stress free Auto is Really Stress Free! Thanks again!!!

Such an amazing team at stress-free auto care I cannot thank them enough. I came in needing an oil change and some shocks replaced. They were in constant communication throughout the whole service process and sent me an invoice where I could pick and choose what I wanted to continue with. They also were very knowledgeable about different financing options like Snap which I use quite frequently. If you’re looking for a reliable fast and educated Auto Body they’re the ones to call. I compared their estimate with a Nissan dealership, and Stress-Free was lower. So grateful!! Guys were very professional and friendly as well. On line check in was easy. I was glad to learn of the free Lyft offer to and from the shop.

I had a great experience at Stress-Free Auto Care in San Diego CA today and have faith in humanity after today. First I would like to report how relieved I am that I wasn't taken advantage of today in terms of walking in the door as a female with a car repair vs. being a male. These guys did a full points check on my sports car and did not come up 5 different costly repairs. Turns out I didn't click my oil dip-stick into place properly causing an oil leak. The car didn't need repairing. Timmy showed me a few things under the hood and showed me how to properly click a dip-stick. Who knew? He did an excellent job cleaning up the mess under the hood and did a few checks to determine that I did not, in fact, have a nasty oil leak. I was good to go. I'll be back and I'll tell my friends too.

They were very helpful & great communicators. Will & Jeremy were customer service Stars. They provided a Lyft to my work, then the next they offered me a loaner car. I was kept informed through the entire process! I will share my experience with all my friends with Audi’s & other German cars. Also, I will back for all my vehicle issues. Had my car serviced then followed up with the deferred servicing based on dionostics. Made an appointment for both times. Service was prompt and professional. They honored their quotes which were reasonable and delivered the repairs as stated. Will return to have my second vehicle serviced and maintained.

I had the BEST experience at Stress-Free Auto Care in Sunnyvale! I needed new LED headlights for my 2013 Lexus RX350, but Pep Boys wouldn't install the lights I bought from O'Reilly. Frustrated, I happened to spot this shop open on a Sunday and decided to stop by. Even though all the mechanics were busy, the supervisor, Michael, personally stepped in to help me. He carefully removed the plastic covers and replaced both the high and low beam lights in under 30 minutes. The whole team treated me with warmth and kindness, making me feel like family. To top it off, Michael didn’t even charge me for the service! This level of care and dedication is rare these days. Michael and his team have earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend Stress-Free Auto Care for anyone looking for honest, top-notch service!

My experience was great overall. I work across the street from this location, so I was able to drop my car off for an oil change and walk to work. The text message feature was really my favorite part. I was able to keep track of the status of my car and even able to pay for my service through text message. I also like that I got a breakdown of all recommended service and pricing through text as well. The service advisor was very friendly. This was probably the first time I got my car serviced and didn’t feel pressured to do any additional services. Everything was pretty straightforward and transparent. I’d definitely take my car back here for service.

Took my Volvo SUV in to Stress Free for a weird whistling sound from the engine, had a guess about it but wasn't sure what it was. Had a road trip planned for the next day & needed it in good condition. The guys at Stress Free got the diagnostic done quickly, found the issue (adjacent to what I'd guessed!), and had it fixed by EOD. Unfortunately they had an issue with the new part, so they had to do additional work. They gave us back the car for the weekend since it was safe to drive, then took it back on Monday & had it fixed within a few hours. They also did a handful of other small work we'd needed. A full diagnostic, really easy communication, super friendly & helpful team, *and* they voluntarily gave a discount because of having to bring it back in. It's hard to find people you can trust with your car, but I definitely feel good about trusting this shop.

I would not go here again first of all did not know it had been sold and was not Allied Gardens Auto Repair second I told the gentleman what the problem was we'd already done diagnostic on the car and I knew it was the bottom oxygen sensor quoted me 550 had to pay $750 because they ran their own Diagnostic and replace both sensors while we'd already done the top sensor we pulled it out and cleaned it that one is easy to get to also told me he would fix the windshield wiper fluid which will not squirt up but was that that was not even touched and then texted me to get the two parts and then put it on for free but I will not be going back also what's going to charge me $800 for brake job but went to trust Otto and El Cajon and was able to get the brakes done for $450

Matt, the owner, is always there and ready to help! He has worked on my older and newer vehicles. What brings me back to Allied Gardens Automotive is the fact that he will actually send you to the dealership if he feels That's a better option for you, even if that means he will lose a sale. The shop has competitive pricing, and they do a great job.

Wonderful experience, the owner and his team were able to diagnose and ultimately repair a rather unique and troublesome issue with the power steering on my older Ford Taurus and I found their communication and overall professionalism to be 1st rate and I will definitely be going back to this establishment for all of my vehicle issues going forward! I strongly recommend Allied Gardens Automotive!

I went to get my smog test at this facility. Matt took care of me without adding or suggesting other work to be done on my car. He knows there are other issues with my ride, but he focused on what I really needed that time. Thank you for doing that Matt! I appreciate it. He probably knew I was broke at that time and only had enough money for the smog test so I can get it registered.

Matt and his team are the most honest and professional mechanics I have ever worked with. I trust them with my car and my life. He helped me get my car fixed when it wasn’t clear what was wrong. They were extremely thorough and fixed the issue for a very fair price. Only mechanic I trust with my car by a mile.
