Update*** after repairing the car and saying they replaced the windshield (insurance fraud) they did not! It frosted last night and the frost follows the lines of where it was broken and cracked to begin with! Picrlture below! We will be calling and reporting this tobthe insurancecompany and possibly the insurancecommission, along with the BBB*** They have had our car for near a month and have only been working on it for 2 days. The person, Tye only give a run around and never directly answers any questions. Tried to tell me they had to replace the roof of the suv, how the hell?! If you want your car in a timely manner I would not take it here!
