My appointment for an oil change was for 10:00am. I arrived a few minutes early to check in. The check in process was fine. The oil change took 3 hours which is absurd when you schedule an appointment. The scheduled time needs to be honored and you shouldn’t get shuffled off to wait. The oil change took nearly 3 hours, which is pretty excessive again when considering the appoint was for 10:00am and not completed until nearly 1:00pm. The item I have the biggest issue with is that the car was returned to me with oily hand prints inside the car and on the alcantara leather of the door panel. Keeping in mind that this is nearly an $80,000 dollar car with only 500 miles on it. This is completely unacceptable. The techs need to do a better job and the dealership needs to demand that cars are not returned oil stained to the customer. Now I have to clean it but ultimately this devalues the customer’s car if it can’t be cleaned. This needs to be addressed.

Explained everything in detail. Even the numbers we didn’t understand or necessarily agree on Julian the GM answered All our concerns and made us feel at ease. Chris Curtis our sales person had left for the evening and came back up to make sure he took care is us. Isaiah in finance was top Notch as well

I’ve shared this once, received a response from Stonebriar to email directly to managers. I did that three business days ago and I’ve heard nothing. The service itself was not the issue. The issue was communication and we followed. I had asked for a shuttle at 1 o’clock, which is when my appointment was they kept telling me he’s almost here 10 to 15 minutes. They told me that three times about 1:45 I asked them again because I said I have an appointment at two. I left myself an hour buffer and I need to know if I need to order a priority Uber. The guy told me the initial guess of 10 minutes now said he can’t reach the driver. It goes directly to voicemail. So I ordered the Uber which was $21 I wouldn’t have been upset have they given me realistic times I could have ordered the uber earlier. when I went to the cashier, the lady I was dealing with must’ve been new because she didn’t understand any of my questions and the lady who was helping her had to answer the questions. When I receive my car. It hadn’t even had an exterior wash and there was no protective sheet on the floorboard. The invoice I received was just for the tire that I purchased and they mount it. When I got home, I called the service person and said I didn’t get the rest of the invoice. He emailed it over to me And it said they did recall work. Then I received the Carfax report and there was nothing that said the recall work was taken care of. The invoice is difficult to read as part of it looks like I was charged for some of the service that was supposed to be free.Again when I got a response from Stonebriar, I was asked to email two different people. I emailed the first one and have yet to hear anything back.

Just purchased a brand new 2025 Traverse last month. Well my transmission light came on out of no where so since it’s less than 3000 miles and me purchasing the extra warranty that they upsell you when purchasing claiming it covers everything(Bullsh**) so my vehicle was dropped off last Tuesday and here it is the following Monday…my vehicle literally just been sitting outside this entire time and today I get a message(not even the audacity to call service man was Jesus) stating it’s 700 to fix…I’m like how… called and they said a rodent chewed up cables and caused the light to come on. I said how that’s possible when my car is never parked outside at my house or job. And I doubt that happens to a trip to the grocery store. I asked is it possible it happened there since it’s literally just been sitting this entire day…well then I get a call and they stated we are not going to submit to GM and they can do $449 and it will be fixed same day and I come come pick it. Told the warranty from just purchased this vehicle and extra warranty don’t cover this(waste of money) Why was my car sitting for this dang long??? Why none of my other vehicles have ever had cables chewed and I literally have one vehicle that stays parked outside and another in the same garage with this car and nothing chewed??? Yall please be careful with dealing with this establishment. I paid it because i needed my vehicle but will be contacting an attorney to handle further. I really believe in having morals and integrity(the only person in this place is Triston) Single women beware

The service department got my car in within 24 hours, diagnosed, and repaired within 4 hours. Everything from James my advisor, was totally seamless. Great experience

LOVE the new truck! Buying process was a joke. First offer came out at over $5K ABOVE the sticker price. What a slap in the face. I eventually got to the price I needed, but it should not have taken the time it did. Very unethical sales process. If I didn’t LOVE the truck, I would’ve walked. 2 stars for the truck.

STEER CLEAR!!!!! Terrible experience, if I could leave 0 stars I would. No one knows one hand from the other. Have been given misinformation from the moment we started the process of purchasing the car a MONTH ago and still dealing with it now. Love my car, but this dealership needs some work!!!! Will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone!

was truly a great experience I recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Stonebriar Chevrolet. They provided excellent customer service and took care of everything after my purchase. While I was driving my new vehicle home from the dealership I noticed a chip in the windshield the next few days the chip developed into a two foot crack. I called Ray Monks one of the sales managers in the used car division and explained my situation and he had a windshield replacement technician come out and replace my cracked windshield. I say thank you!! for taking care of my cracked windshield and making sure I was satisfied with my vehicle purchase.

Terrible Customer services. I needed the trade in value of my Chevy HHR for paperwork I need to submit for my son with special needs to receive service and sales man Tony told me he wasn't comfortable providing the trade in value of my Vehicle. Not sure why he was not comfortable doing his job, but Worst part is his manager Pat seemed to agree with him even tho I talk to Pat 12/31/24 and he said they could do it.
