My car had an engine light on yesterday, Stephen helped me diagnosed the issue and found out that it's a loose wire under the hood that's causing the issue. He swiftly fixed the issue and didn't charge me a dime for it. Thank you so much for your help, Stephen! Will definitely go back next time for my car service.

My wife took her BMW X6 to this facility 5 times to fix her air conditioner, and still was not fixed. Finally we told Silver Rock warranty company to let us take it to BMW. They approved, and come to find out Stonebriar Automotive put the wrong refrigerant in the car, causing the air not to work. BMW Plano, looked at the vehicle once and figured this out! Stonebriar Automotive, isn't this what you do on a regular?? Fix vehicles??? Oh wow. Never will I bring any vehicle to this facility or recommend. Horrible!

Nightmare at Stonebriar - 2 days to 10 days, $2600 to $3600 I tried to save $300 on a $2600 repair by taking my car to Stonebriar Auto Center but it ended up costing me an additional $900 in repairs that had to be done somewhere else because they couldn't fix it and a car rental for $300 because they took 10 days when the original repair was for 2 days. This was the most horrible experience I've had at any auto repair shop in over 30 years. I had gotten an estimate on my wife's Acura MDX for repairs of a rear main seal and a CV boot for $2600. I tried to save some money and saw that Stonebriar Auto had decent ratings. They estimated $2300 and 2 days. I dropped the car off at Stonebriar around 5pm on Monday night, December 16th. On Wednesday the 18th I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and they said it wouldn't be ready till Friday or the weekend. They called on Friday to say it was ready, and I went to pick it up on Saturday, the 21st. I went to pick it up, and there were things spread on the passenger floorboard, seat, and console (see pictures), which I told them had me concerned because I always try to keep a clean car, which didn't look professional. One of the items was a fuse box cover. They apologized. I started the car, and it showed a "Check VSA System" and a "Vehicle trailer stability" warning. They looked around for 20 minutes to try to fix it and then asked me to leave the car. I told them it was frustrating because after finishing their repair, they should have started it up and ensured everything looked good. In addition, the warning lights were not on when I dropped off the car. I told them I needed the car for an out-of-town trip on Friday the 27th. As the days passed, the inconvenience of the situation became increasingly apparent. I called Stonebriar on Monday the 23rd, only to find that the issue had not been resolved. With a family visit looming, the need for our car was becoming more urgent. I called them on Thursday the 26th, and it still wasn't fixed, so I picked up the car. There was another mess this time on the driver's side floorboard (see pics). I tried the dealer, but it was 3 business days before they could even look at it, so I took it to the other auto repair place. I was told the issue was a rodent infestation (see pics). This was not something I had ever experienced before. It cost me $900 in repairs and a $300 car rental to visit family. The auto repair place had looked at and had pictures of the auto on December 16th and confirmed there were no warning lights when they looked at it, which was the same day I dropped the car off at Stonebriar Auto. Taking my auto to Stonebriar was the worst car service I've experienced. I could not comprehend how bad an experience it would be.

On how the requested services go since I received a list of needed services. I've been pleased many visits prior so I don’t expect anything but great service. I took my car for a regular oil change. The place was clean, and the staff was courteous. The oil change was quick and completed in ten minutes, but it cost $91. With the coupon, it came down to $72, but it was a sticker shocker when they said $91.

I've used this place a couple of times now. First time was for an oil change. Steve and Tim both helped me today with a tire repair and tire rotation. Both times have been excellent service. They're quick, friendly and helpful. They support veterans also. I've recommended them to my friends and Family in the area.

Should be getting my alignment soon, but definitely enjoy this local auto service 🚘I enjoy the positive atmosphere and thorough honest explanation of repairs,that always check out after using Google to compare. We're so fortunate to have this auto service in our neighborhood,but would definitely travel there for the wonderful experience. 5-star all the time.

UPDATE 11/8/24: Spoke to Tim and his team was able to take care of me with new pads. Customer service is much better this time around too, and as a added bonus they showed me that my transmission was leaking thanks to Ford. ORGINAL: Been contemplating doing this review, but here we are. Brought in a full new in box Z26 powerstop brake and rotor kit for my car a few months back, and they didn't install it properly. Been facing non-stop squealing issues despite going through two break in procedures and daily driving the new pads and rotors. They had reused the old clips and didn't apply lubrication despite providing new ones as well. Didn't bring back as they dont honor labor warranty on customer purchased parts. Also did a state inspection and they failed to input the results into the state system. Had to drive to another repair shop to get my inspection done properly. Also another heads up, they wont take your mailed promos if you bring your own parts. Staff was rude during entire visit. Cannot recommend.

Do not look anywhere else when it comes to your vehicle maintenance. This is the place you need to take your vehicle if you are experiencing any issues. The team here at Stonebriar are very honest and excellent in their trade. My son and I were having issues resolving the issue with his car's engine light and idle problem. Their team took care of it quickly and gave me a great deal! Definitely my go to shop moving forward since they are great at what they do PLUS it is a trustworthy shop that is hard to find now a days.

My car was in bad shape from someone else trying to fix it. I brought my car in and Tim and his staff took great of my car. They are very knowledgeable and stand behind all Their work. I will be returning for all Of my future car care needs. Tim is an asset to the company.

I got my oil changed at another shop then quickly noticed I was leaking oil. I took it back to the original shop where they "claimed" they fixed it, but it was still leaking. I didn't want to take it back to that same shop again and waste my time so I took it to Stonebriar. I went around 11:30 on a Monday. I was in and out in less than an hour. They found the leak, fixed it, (actually fixed it!) and did a complementary inspection of the rest of the car and said everything else was looking great. They said it was a super easy fix and didn't even charge me. Incredible service. I will definitely be a customer for life now. Highly recommend!
