Asked for the oil change and specifically asked for the fluids to be checked. Their receipt lists checking the coolant, which was not done, and their website lists even more as part of the regular oil change, most of which wasn't done. It was $88. There are places that are cheaper that do more. Really disappointed. ETA: Oh that's a very professional response from the company.

Always good service and dose not take too much time! I've been going here for years and always have a good experience. Nice waiting room and service are completed in a timely manner. They don't mess around and get the job done without the normal pushy sales for service you don't need or want but will do many repairs, honestly.

Needed quick inspection. Got in and out without appointment in 15 mins. Paid 18 for an emissions test. Would definitely recommend

EDIT TO UPDATE: It is now 2025 and I had another vehicle inspected at another facility where the new fee is now $18.50 and THEY did not charge the "allowed" card fees. I certainly hope you can manage to remain in business with this reduction of income this new year. And YES, you bought the crap review with your choice to add card fees. **** My "regular" vehicle inspection place has recently changed ownership and cannot yet perform the state required safety and emission testing. I stopped in here. It took a bit but the inspection was completed and I paid with my debit card. I was quite surprised later to realize they had charged an extra 2.5% on top of the state inspection charge. Apparently this facility passes on their own "overhead" charges to the customer. Who today actually still carries cash for daily purchases? There are plenty of other inspection stations that do not add fees to the cost. It wasn't my first time here but it will be the last.

Went to get an oil change. The employee did not secure my skid plate to the car. While driving down the road all the sudden the skid plate catches the air and starts scrapping the ground. I pull over, figure out the issue. Call them and that employee has the gull to tell me things were broken, it came in that way, missing parts. Sir in the 45k miles I drove don't you think I would have noticed that sound since I can not drive over 15 miles per hour? Asked to drive back to have fixed. This is the 2nd time I've had issue with this shop and will never be back again. I've always understood mistakes happen but this is just piss poor employees not caring about their work. Go somewhere else. While Shawn is a great manager, called me back when this issue occurred since the employee tried to deny and blame me. it doesn't take back what they didn't do causing a ton of problems for me and my day. Update. They said they are fixing the issue and should be a problem moving forward. Says wear a tear but it's odd how it happened to the spot you need to remove when replacing oil. Parts missing? Probably parts forgotten to put on tbh. Only at 2 stars because they were kind enough to fix it and help. Probably because they were liable for any damages that might happen.

First and last time to go to this place. I arrive, the employee sees me standing waiting to be served, before leaving the establishment, he tells me that he will be with me in a moment. I waited around 20 minutes. He never attended to me...

I prefer this place over any other station. They offer oil change and other minor services. Every person who works there go above and beyond what is required of them for this job. They are very professional and respectful in everything they do. The prices are very affordable and the service is done quickly. So if your oil light is on or your sticker is outdated, I highly recommend you run to this place today.

I‘ve used this station for years and always received great service — until today. After a 20 minute wait, the ”inspector” said he couldn’t pass my car for state inspection because of code U0132 stored in the vehicle’s ECM (OBDII). This code has nothing to do with the emissions status of the vehicle — it’s actually a code indicating a communication error in the ride comfort/level control. All of my vehicle’s I/Ms were ready and there was no MIL (check engine) light. I checked with my own tester, the car was ready. This so-called inspector obviously never hooked the car up to the state-certified emissions (OBD) tester. Most likely he used a generic tester, saw the U code, and instantly rejected the vehicle. How incompetent. This ”inspector” obviously doesn’t know his trade. I would most certainly welcome this inspector’s information so I can report him to the state. Business owner take note: This inspector is costing you business. I will not be returning. BTW, I drove to another inspection station less than a mile away and the vehicle passed without issue.

I came here today to have my car inspected. Quite quickly. They verified my insurance. $25 was charged in a good amount. Additionally, we have the choice of free air pressure. Rather than going to a major franchise, support these guys. It will undoubtedly benefit us as much as them.

I enjoy the price, speed and customer service of this business. Have been coming for years, but almost every time I leave my steering wheel is very oily and there are oil fingerprints all over the door handles inside and out. I understand it’s a dirty job, I did it for years. Just think a slightly better job could be done to wipe hands off before getting in. Only reason for 4 star.

Was Fantastic service. Been here twice and now there system is down for inspections on vehicles! Seems a little fishy to me that its happen for 2 weeks,come on!!! Been coming here for 10 years never once have I had a problem!

We’ve been taking our cars here to get inspections for years. Always attentive, helpful and fast! The TV is never tuned in to some awful conspiracy theorist political pundit show…and for that reason alone I will keep going back. Support your local lube shops!

I had went in to the Sticker Station On Locust .Grayson The Young Tech Greeted Me With A Awesome Smile And A Friendly Hello. He asked how he could help me today ? I told him that I'd like an oil change and need an inspection. He said "We can definitely do that ". He let me know that they had 2 other car's in both bay's. And, asked if I was okay with the wait.I was totally fine with the wait. So Grayson and his Tech Mate's took care of my oil change and inspection. Quickly , Thoroughly and Very Professionally.
