Great customer service. They confirmed my starter was defective and replaced it for me as well as changing my oil. Price was exactly as quoted. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future repairs.

My goodness! My car started making a really bad rattling and squeaking noise by the muffler. I was worried, went into Stevens Creek Muffler. They took a look, found that I slightly scraped something and it hit the mufflers heat shield and that was bent. They bent it back into place within 5 minutes and the car stopped making the noise! They didn't even charge me anything! Excellent service, honest people willing to help out us worried folks with our car. 5 stars, highly recommend. They are amazing 😍

Where do I start? The shop went above and beyond for me. Jr and his dad are the absolute best shop in the San Jose area. Nissa is the awesome as well. From the great customer service to the unbeatable quality of service. I brought my truck to their shop on two different occasions and both times nothing but the absolute best. I’m definitely satisfied with their work. I like going somewhere where they make you feel at home and feel comfortable with leaving your vehicle in their hands.

Love this place! This is the only mechanic I have ever recommended, I tell everyone about this shop. They do excellent work, they are incredibly trustworthy, and their pricing is reasonable. At least 5 of my family members have had work done at this shop and they have been very satisfied. This the only mechanic we will go to.

Only writing a 1 star review in response to your 1 star review of us. We went to get some custom piping welded. Probably the worst welds we have ever seen to the point where we couldn't even clean them up with a grinder. owner made exuses about his equipment.. we didnt feel that we should pay for work that wasn't even completed. Im sure he does great oil changes and welds in areas that are not visible or to be judged. Im sure there will be a reply justifying why he should have been paid for product that wasn't finished with Micky mouse welds.

Absolutely, hands down the best muffler shop in the Bay Area. I have many custom cars and only allow the best to do custom work. Stevens Creek Muffler is the only place to go and the price is the best you can get for the professional job they perform. They were able to do a custom zoomies exhaust on my 1962 Ford Econoline pickup/HotWheels surf wagon. He even asked for verification prior to final installation of 8 pipes to make sure it was perfect during installation. Great Job and you cannot ask for better customer service.

I called Friday afternoon, and left my info on answering machine. No call back. Monday was July 4th, so waited until Tuesday, again I got a machine and again no call back. I went to another muffler shop that answered quoted & fixed for below price. While I still haven't had a return call from these guys. 👎

I took my car (lowered on coilovers) in for the shop to evaluate my exhaust system since I was hearing a loud rattle coming somewhere by the mid-pipe. Guillermo was able to get my car on the lift with no issues. Upon inspection, he right away found out that my flex pipe assembly had been damaged driving over a tall speed bump. The replacement was very reasonably priced and was welded on my car. I was out of the shop within an hour. Great service, friendly knowledgable staff. Highly recommended.

Super happy with the service, speed, and price that I got here. I went to four shops for help getting my MillerCAT catalytic converter shield installed before finding Stevens Creek Muffler & Auto Repair which was the only one that had done it before and was confident about installing it. When I brought my car back to troubleshoot some rattling with the shield they were friendly and professional and resolved it without fuss. Completely satisfied, they stand behind their work
