Great experience at Stevens Creek Auto Works. My car overheated on the freeway and this shop was nearby. It’s a small operation with no website and an office that they barely use. Regardless, they were able to inspect my car promptly and found a crack in the radiator. When they called me with the quote, they clearly explained which repairs were absolutely necessary (replacing the radiator) and which were optional but a good idea (thermostat, engine temperature sensor). They quoted me an excellent price that was a lot less than I expected. I approved the work and they had my car ready the next day. When I came to pick it up, they showed me the damaged radiator. As part of the service, they also checked my fluid levels and tire pressure AND replaced a brake light that I didn’t even know was burned out - all free of charge. I REALLY appreciated that. TBH I was a little suspicious of all the 5-star reviews for this place when I was trying to find a repair shop nearby. However, I ended up having a 5-star experience myself and would take my car here again.

I stopped by this shop without calling, he got me in & out within 15 minutes & found this in my rotor/break area. If you need work on your vehicle go to Stevens Creek Auto Works inc. 👍🏼 he’s also fixed my woman’s car more times than I like to count, super honest quick reliable friendly service!

For the last 5 years I am taking my cars to this place, no worries, everything is taken care of, and I know I am not being charged extra, When I took my car to the dealer 5 years ago for a regular oil change, they offered me a winter maintenance package worth almost $600, then I took my car to Stevens Creek Auto Works, I made them do the exact same things from the list I was given by the dealer, and guess how much: This place charged me for only $200 for the exact same things, since then I am coming here,
