After months of searching for a place that can repair my headlight I was referred to Buckhead Auto Sport by my coworker. I called and spoke to Tyler, he was very polite and knowledgeable. I brung my BMW in for repairs over the holidays. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile, Hello and even a joke lol that alone gave me peace. I was called later on that day and made aware of the issues that caused the outage. This was going to be a bigger job than just changing my headlight. However, the team was confident and assured me it will get done no worries which was very comforting. The team moved quickly to make all repairs that needed to be done. They’ve communicated with me the whole way through. I am so happy I chose Buckhead Auto Sport to do the job.I am beyond happy with the results. The whole team is awesome. *Notice I keep saying team? Stephen and his team are simply the best. The most honest mechanic shop I have ever experienced. They will NEVER suggest work to be done unless it’s necessary. I’ve done business with them for 20 years. I just drop off the car for routine maintenance and tell them to do what it needs without authorization. I am that confident.

Had an unscheduled repair to my 535. They diagnosed it quickly and correctly and was back on the road the same day. Always had positive experiences w/ BAS and having an older BMW, thats saying something!

The service charge was less than a dealership and they are close by making it a reasonable choice for me. They were recommended to me by a company with whom I had recently worked and when I dropped off the car there was another customer who had used them that gave them a great review. The friendly, helpful staff explained everything thoroughly and gave choices of each area of repair that could be postponed. Although I did encounter some issues when picking up my car, they responded immediately, analyzing the issue and solved the problem at no additional cost. That meant a lot since things happen. I’ll go back.

Best BMW shop in North Georgia, Thomas is a Master on BMW's and Tyler the Service Writer will make sure that you are treated right EVERY TIME. Stephen and his other mechanics are way above par. Added review. I cannot stress how happy you're going to be taking your Import (I'm a BMW fan) to Buckhead Autosports. Professional, honest, fair prices, excellent work. Any other shop is at best #2. Update, I conti up to receive top notch service at Buckhead Autosport. Thomas, Tyler, Stephen, and the entire staff are outstanding. I had my headliner renewed on mu 03 BMW 540i M-Sport and it looks as good as factory.

The personnel are always pleasant and very knowledgeable. I commonly talk to the technician working on my car to update me on what needs to be done. I have an older Porsche. They are very good about telling me what needs to be done immediately and what items can wait a bit. All repairs and servicing are done timely and completed without fail on the first visit, no matter how complex. Great guys. Great customer service. Awesome in every way!!

We have used this repair shop for our BMW sedan and Range Rover sport for years. They are amazing at communicating which is usually the biggest downfall of a business. Brett always calls and updates us as to the cost of repairs and anything else they see that needs to be done to keep our cars safe on the road. They are quick to repair and get it done when promised. And Honest. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
