Had a leak in the hatch of my ford focus st. They took care of it. One of the parts ordered was discontinued (seal) and technician managed to work with my seal. They also took care or the leak coming from the RS wing and installed the brake light in the wing. Hasn’t leaked since, and the communication during the process was great.

My Toyota Matrix died on the freeway and got towed to stellar about a month ago now and for the last two weeks they said they would be replacing the under dash fuse box. After two weeks I asked for another update and find out the wrong part has been ordered and the correct part still needs to be found, priced and ordered for the repairs to happen. I asked to collect belongings out of my car since it would be there even longer and when I see my car in their back lot I can see the back corner of my car has been crunched in and the stellar employee with me confesses that her coworker had hit my car with another car in the lot but could not remember when it happened in the last month and did not want to call and tell me that it had happened. Now I am extremely distrustful and saddened that a shop that I have recommended on many occasions has created this situation. Long story short, the stellar employee says that no one in charge can contact me for another week or so and that doesn’t work for me, I need answers on what is going on with my car because I am in sales and it is how I make a living. A month long repair, a massive dent in my car that no one was going to tell me about and not a single answer to anything like costs or time frames or why this has taken so long. If the owners could please reach out to me, I’d like to deal with this situation as soon as possible.

I am completely impressed with new management. Upon receiving our negative review, the new manager (Jeka) reached out and sincerely listened to our concerns and complaints. My daughter's car was over heating. We brought it in after setting up a monthly program. They found a bad hose in the catalytic converter. We were expecting it would take 10 days to get the part and have it put in. F I V E days after getting the part ordered I got a call to pick up the car! It is fixed

Hit a log on the highway which tore off the engine splash guard. Stellar Auto Repair was able to take a look without an appointment and checked for damages. They reported that everything looked okay (other than the splash guard) and zip tied the splash guard back into place for me to be able to drive home. They did not charge me for the inspection, so I hope this review will bring them some business. If I am ever in need of car service in the area I will be sure to go to them.

Great team of people.They always try to give you coupons to help you out. Get my oil change for about fifty nine ninety nine.. That's full synthetic high mileage. We'll be back if i'm still in this state... Thanks. Larry..

I highly recommend these guys in Portland. I had constant issues with my vehicle which resulted in me having to take it into 7 different mechanics all within a 8 month span, because they all felt like jerking me around, and lying about what was wrong with the car just for a quick few bucks. These guys did not do that. They identified the issues quickly, were very communicative, and were honestly just very trustworthy. They know what they're doing. It did take some time for the part needed to come in, but that's not really their fault, but the manufacturers. Ryan was absolutely awesome. I will definitely be using them again if I have any other issues down the line. Also, they were super patient with me as I kept asking a ton of questions. Thank you all so much 🩷 my car finally works, and I'm glad to have it back!

A Really knowledgeable Auto repair shop . They worked with me on several major repairs that I needed . This was a complicated repair, went down to the wire and they found the problem, it was a challenge. I also appreciate thier persévérance and patience through the situation. Including a courteous informative front desk, keeping me up to date and a eta. I really appreciate thier service and Sincerly want to say, Thank-you .

These guys have been amazing… They even fought with The warranty company to make sure everything that was wrong with my car was covered. When we were waiting for parts and the warranty company wouldn’t cover rental, they helped us out. I would recommend this company to anyone getting the run around!!! Ryan has been my main point of contact and made sure we got everything taken care of!!!!

Change of heart here had almost 1500 bucks worth of work done and get my oil leaked fixed car is leaking again tried to get it repaired excuses and excuses short staffed don't just don't have time for it because there over booked feel like I was ripped off sorry if someone had problems there from my previous posting

I took a car in for a buyers inspection. They went above and beyond in sending me a full report and also explaining what the report was saying and what the most pressing issues were on the car. I felt very informed to make a good decision. Will use them again!

My car is a challenging project for any mechanic first of all. Second of all this business is a pro set up with a mature mutual (between us) patience that differentiates them from the 10 mechanics I drive by to bring my old, pain in the butt car to. It took a few tries to go through all the issues my car had but with their quality work & personalism we got it done. They stand behind their work and don’t nickel & dime you at every turn like most others when the issues are on their end. Recommending them!

Toby and Ryan were both helpful and friendly. They got the job done in a timely manner, and made it easy to see what maintenance will be coming up, and transparent about pricing. They made it as easy as it could have been to get an oil change with three small kids in tow!
