I've been going to these guy for over 7 years. I am very pleased with their professionalism and honesty. Don't expect a high class place with luxury seating area while you wait. It's best to drop off your vehicle and come back. Always ask for "Jose." He manages the place very well. He knows his stuff. The mechanics are all very courteous and willing to help you. I TRUST THEM 100% and so can you. I've been buying cars and trucks since 1977. I've been through many mechanics in my lifetime, and these guys are great. If your warranty has expired with the "stealership," then they are your best option. I usually buy my own parts at the local parts store such as rotors, disc brake pads, hoses, alternators, tensioner pulley, oil and oil filter. They provide a very good price for installation. I also recommend them for engine cleaning, and you will be very impressed with the cost and quality of the service, replacing leaky oil seals (not cheap) and transmission repair. If you have yellow lights, they can fix that too. Inspections are speedy here. This business of auto repair is strictly a "relationship" business. You must be able to TRUST your mechanic. There are too many unethical shops out there that will take you to the cleaners. When you ask for Jose, tell him "Rinetas" sent you. He will smile and give you personal service that is second to none. Hang tight, photos will be uploaded later. Good Luck!

I give this place a zero if I could. I pulled up for an oil change 10 minutes later I look in the bay and three guys are on the back of my trunk having their breakfast with glass Coke bottles! I came out and asked what they were doing because I was there to get an oil change and ask them to please do it and to remove especially the glass bottle that could have scratched my trunk. They all seem like they were high/ hungover and completely out of it!!

I pulled in to have my brake pads replaced, due to my normal tech is out of town. The guys are very nice but apparently do not deal with the various luxury brands as they claim. After giving the keys to the technician and them lifting the front of my King Ranch Truck off the ground, I notice that the passenger side mirror was pushed in but not the drivers side. Apparently these guys do not know that all luxury equipt vehicles these days have Motorized Mirrors, push of a button both mirrors move in or out. So these guys force my passenger mirror in, possibly stripping the motor, which can cost anywhere from $300 and Up to repair. Highly upsetting that a shop that claims to work on various models of luxury vehicles, does not know about motorized mirror. Then when I got home, I noticed the scrapes on the paint of the passenger mirror, which means their placement of the jacks was improperly placed. The driver side had no issues, all the issues occurred on the passenger side. So now I have new scrapes on the paint of the passenger mirror that is not coming off. First and last time I will allow this shop to touch any of my vehicles.
