We had a transmission replaced on a 2003 Toyota Avalon. Brian recommended an online vendor that he had worked with in the past, for the transmission. We purchased a low-mileage used unit, then Brian worked tirelessly to get the job done, despite other issues that came up along the way. He was communicative, polite, and generally a nice guy. His prices are better than most in the Tampa Bay area, and his character outstanding.

The only person allowed to work on my vehicle for personal, business and that is Brian. I highly recommend this man because he treats every vehicle as if it was his own and goes above and beyond to make sure it accurately and actually working. He is honest, trustworthy and for that over the last 2 yrs I've recommend everyone I know to go to him because I know he will take wonderful care of them. My teen son’s Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder was leaking water into his vehicle on the floorboard b/c the a/c hose was clogged & Brian & his crew fixed it. Took it to another place beforehand for the same thing & got it home & water was still entering into the car. 😩 So happy we were referred to Brian. He’s professional & honest & sadly that’s hard to find these days. Also, liked that he used to own an Eclipse years ago too! We’ll definitely be using Sterns if needed in the future. 👍
