I am so happy I picked Status Symbol for my repairs! After an unfortunate and infuriating hit and run situation, it was great to work with such a friendly and professional company to make the process of getting my bumper fixed just a little smoother. Unlike other auto body shops, I was able to get an estimate on my car before I put in my claim, which was recommended to me by my insurance agent. My car looks great and they got it back to me in a timely manner. They also cleaned my floor mats and my dashboard, which was a nice touch. I would recommend them to anyone!

Cindy and team were exceptional and kind. Cindy gave me a ride down the street to my next appointment. She was flexible and was able to adjust a drop off time for me. She listened to my expectations and met them. Very professional, and kind! They were reccommended by State Farm and I can see why! You will be pleased with your experience!

Edited: I've used Status Symbol Auto twice now and both times they handled my repairs with diligence, good communication and operated in good faith! This is the only repair shop I will use in Colorado Springs. Dallas is always my go-to guy and highly recommend. Don is also phenomenal. Everyone here is kind, attentive and very good with communication. This is the experience you want if you're having a vehicle repaired. They truly go above and beyond every single time.

Ohhh, hail….Very disappointed with the work performed on my 2022 GMC truck. In June 2023, significant hail damage was sustained. Finally, I got it in July 2024 after the backlog of hail damage from the 2023 storm. After 12 weeks of them having the truck, I had to return the truck for workmanship defects. When picking up the truck initially, I noticed parts had not been replaced and brought it to their attention. I was told to take the truck and look it over, and if anything needs to be addressed, they will take care of it when the missing parts come in. Once I looked over the work, I found the fender trim clip was broken off, the headliner was loose, paint overspray on the dash and body panels, damaged interior trim, paint runs, rubbing compound on the black trim pieces, mismatched paint on the rocker panel, and fisheyes. I returned the truck and, 3 weeks later, was told it was ready; I went over the truck at the shop and found only a few items fixed. I brought it to the attention of the manager, Don, and he began to tell me it was factory defects. The back and forth was discouraging, with him belittling my opinion after spending $3890.00 out of pocket on a rental car after insurance rental coverage ended. I could not continue to leave my truck there. After 15 total weeks in their shop, I lost all faith that Status Symbol could return my vehicle in exceptional condition. Even more disappointing, today I found a water leak in the rear window that was removed for the repairs. I chose Status Symbol because of their years in the Colorado Springs community and being a family-owned business. I can’t recommend anyone take their vehicle there and expect good results and respect from the Manager, Don.

Took my car here after the driver side was backed into by a negligent driver. The gentleman I worked with explained everything in detail about the cost, items that needed replacing, and painting process. Once I dropped my car for the repairs, they worked quickly and everything was completed in a timely manner. The work looks great, you can’t even tell that the door was replaced. I highly recommend Status Symbol.

We have never been to a body shop this professional and this thorough. The people are extremely friendly and attentive to what you need. You want a company that listens... here it is. Aaron explained to us everything to expect and handled everything through insurance. The work they did was incredible. Our vehicle looks better than ever. It was even completed on the date they said it would be on. If we ever need more auto body work, there is no question that we will take our vehicle to Status Symbol.

I cannot explain enough, how amazing they did on my vehicle. Everything was done so well it looks brand new. The paint match was immaculate. There’s not a single piece of damage that they missed. It was truly done with complete and utter care. Also, the advisor Aaron was incredible. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and made sure to answer every question I had along the way as well as going above and beyond to help me temporarily fix a problem I had with my key. I am so grateful and will absolutely be recommending this company in the future.

We had no communications with Dallas had to finally get a hold of the shop foreman to get information on my truck with sat there for ever to get done when I got it back. They did not replace the front bumper which they were supposed to and the cover on the back was the wrong size so that order that one after having my truck sit there for two months, the absolute worst service ever didn’t even take time to align my headlights going to sleep put it back together

I recently had my Tesla repaired at Status Symbol Auto Shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, Alica was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the repair process and kept me updated throughout. The quality of their work is top-notch. My Tesla looks like new again! The turnaround time was impressive! Not super thrilled. The customer service is really lacking for me. Apparently, it’s impossible for them to meet their own deadlines and even provide secondary and tertiary completion dates. I was the one calling in each week requesting a status update. I was the one calling at 2pm the day they said the car would be completed only to be told it would be three more days again and again and again. It was about 9 weeks to get my hail damaged car back. Don’t get me wrong the work they did was impeccable but it’s impossible to do business with an organization that treats their customers like this and still can’t follow up with you. Please be aware. They are probably good people who work very hard. I think they have just bit off more than they can chew from last year’s storm. It’s ok to be busy and its acceptable to make a mistake and take on more clients than your capable of. It’s unacceptable to not communicate these delays and short falls with your customers. I’m guessing status will respond to this message. Please done waste your time. I needed your attention this summer when you weren’t meeting your own timelines. Just do better.

Recently had to take my truck in due to wind damage. From the moment I walked in everyone was super friendly and always made sure I was taken care of. I worked along with Aaron and he was great. Melted in communication the whole time and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. 10/10 recommend.
