I moved to Cleveland 3 years ago, and one of the biggest pains of moving is finding a good garage. So many of them are either predatory, lazy, or incompetent. Starr was the second garage I went to. They diagnosed an uncommon issue quickly and repaired it in no time once the part came in. Since then I've come to them for every issue. They always find a solution that is both affordable and effective. Their prices are always reasonable and they get things done quickly. My family is full of mechanics (they just all live in other states,) and I promise you, if these guys tell you it costs $700, it would probably cost twice that at a bigger place. I lucked into a great garage. I'll bring my car here as long as I live in Cleveland.

They saw me coming a single woman with no experience that or they do not know how to balance tires! Either way they are too busy to be bothered by your life! Buy from them at your own peril!

First he sat in my car with cigarette then he start looking under the hood. SMDH All it took was one small little fire to fall and then my car would've been on fire. Look more like a junk yard.

Yes if you are a woman and of color do not go by yourself.. I got Motor mounts done had AC when they finish I didn't have AC anymore and wanted to charge me to put my freon back in.. but the good reviews are from they kind.. SMH

I got 2 brand new tires there that came with a warranty and a month later I got a bubble in the tire and they did not replace the tire or fix it. Everytime I call them to use my warranty for the tire they say they are working on it or they still trying to contact the warranty company. I waited 6 to 8 months and I got nothing. I was scared to keep driving on that bubble so had to go to another place to get another tire.

I just took my car to the shop today so I can't review them on the work but as far as the customer service..its excellent. They took the time to explain things in detail. I will write another review once the work is done.

Hello all. My friend has went to this shop for years and always had a great experience. This time around not sure if they’ve switched management or not but the customer service experience was very poor and they misdiagnosed my friend car several times charging her a ton of money. We’re in the process of suing these crooks as we speak. We have all our paperwork to prove they stole and lied to my friend. They take advantage of hardworking women. Sad they ripped her off during the holiday season.

I was traveling and noticed my exhaust was really loud and likely had an exhaust leak. They were able to examine and fix my car (weld the exhaust) in less than 2 hours! Prices and service were great!

The gentleman was so helpful and gave great service. My husband and I were on the highway when we realized that the transmission of our car is overheating. We contacted him and he kept his shop open for us an extra hour on a holiday weekend to help us.
