If I could give these folks 20 stars, I would. Jordon and the guys at Starmount are excellent. They go above and beyond any shop I have ever dealt with. I have never had a complaint about anything they have done for myself and my friends. When I recommend a company to someone I know, it means I have complete faith in them and what they do. I tell all my friends about Starmount. They have done a great job keeping my ole truck on the road. These folks are good people. Blessed to have found them.

Great honest guys up here. Have brought my truck in a few times for service and am always charged a fair price. Won’t bring my family’s vehicles anywhere else in Charlotte.

I have a 1981 Ford truck. Very few places will work on it. Squirrels ate through the battery wires and Jordan and the team fixed that as well as a handful of other issues. They are in the neighborhood and I'm grateful to have a reliable mechanic nearby.

They not only lied about the cost of repair- they charged $250.00 more than quoted- but drove my car instead of their vehicle to a parts store to return parts at which time it was hit by a car or truck and damaged rear door & rear panel. They denied any responsibility! Then after I got an appraisal for repair have refused to pay ! NO CUSTOMER CARECARE/LOYALTY and responsibility! What ever happened to responsibility & honesty& integrity! Nothing like that there ! Liars & CHEATS that do terrible work!

Fantastic work and customer service! My husband has taken his cars here for years and this was my first time using them. Jordan and his team are highly knowledgeable and offer honest service and fair pricing. Not only that, but he stayed late to finish my car, topped it off with a car wash and I was able to have it back for the weekend. Thank you, Jordan! Highly recommend this family owned business.

The gentleman at Starmount were incredibly helpful! My tire clearly had a leak and of course I realized this right before a big trip. They squeezed me in and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. The service was quick and very reasonably priced! Would definitely use again.
