Car inspection was done quickly and efficiently. I was also shown a that I had an oil leak from a bad gasket. I appreciate that because I just had the oil changed 4 weeks ago at another location and was not told to of this visually evident problem.

I came in with parts needing my right side mirror replaced. Yamile at the front desk was very helpful in helping me understand the service. Jorge, Josh, and Jonathan went above and beyond with their service and even buffed out the scratches in the car left from the collision that took my mirror. Their work was well-done and timely. They’ll definitely be seeing me for any services I need!

The woman on the phones lack any sort of professionalism whatsoever when I asked her a question by replying with "you're wasting your time calling us sir" what type of professionalism is that? Y'all need to replace her. Here we go again with the typical emotional response only to prove my point about the professionalism sounds like i touched a nerve there lol no one isn't doing anything illegal making strawman arguments wont make money for your shop at all I simply asked a question and you came rude with it go seek therapy have a blessed day

Update - My response to what the owner sent: If Toyota charges $60 for an oil change, why on earth would anyone want to pay close to $200 for one by an independent shop. The positive reviews about pricing are a lie because I came in for an oil change for my Toyota Camry + inspection and they charged me almost $200!! They are scammers. The most expensive oil change I’ve ever paid for ($157.48 to be exact) I can’t even believe I’m typing this. When I asked why does it cost so much the lady said “well our employees are already underpaid as is so we charge $119/hr for labor and since your service took .6 hours thats how much it came out to be” like what kind of business do you run? They charged more for the labor than the actual cost of oil & then tagged on a $12.88 fee for “shop supplies” like WTH. Red flag #1 would have been when I called to ask for a quote the day before they wouldn’t give me one. They said I had to be there for them to tell me, but by the time they told me the price the service was already done. This is a bad business! stay away! I thought I was saving myself time & money instead of taking my car to the dealership but i was WRONG! the price they charged = 3 oil changes from Toyota 😂😂😂 never again.

I’ve visited this auto shop several times for registration inspections and, most recently, an oil change. The staff is always very friendly and takes the time to explain what my car needs immediately and what can wait, which helps me plan better. The work is consistently done in a timely manner, and the prices are very reasonable, which I really appreciate. I will definitely continue to bring my car here for service and highly recommend this place to everyone.

I'm just going to start off by saying, don't go anywhere else BESIDES STARKEY'S for your auto repair needs. I had a car issue and took my car to ANOTHER PLACE that my husband's family takes their cars to. They SWEAR by these people that the've been going to for years. So, I decided to try it, even though I didn't know them. To make a super super long story short, they put in the wrong part for my car and pretty much put a "bandaid" on my car. I was super pissed. So I took my car to Starkey's, who I've used in the past for my inspections but not for anything major. Yamile is the one that helped me. She explained what they did, she texted me updates through the process, which most other places won't do and she went above and beyond: she talked to the other shop that I had originally got my car done at and demanded I get a refund, which they agreed to do after they tried to laugh it off. I've never had that kind of service at any other place and she absolutely went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She stated that she hates it when women are taken advantage of, which is my biggest pet peeve as well when getting auto work done. LADIES, GO TO STARKEY'S. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!! It sucks that I had to pay extra for the bad work another repair shop did, but my car sounds amazing now, like new. I could write another 5 pages about how a weight has been lifted off my shoulders but I won't. Just believe me when I say that Starkey's cares and will do an amazing job. Thank you YAMILE for everything you did to walk me through this nightmare with the other shop.

My family has been going to Starkeys for years. It’s a family owned business with great customer service. They have handled inspections to major repairs all at a fair price. They give updates on repairs and let you know what is to be expected during the process.

Very informative, honest and helpful owner. Went for an oil change, recommended that I change the air and cabin filters, but get the filters off of Amazon and do it myself to save some money. Which....lead me to trust them and they are now going to replace my brakes because of the honesty.

For me not to drive so far because I drive a Mercedes really a hole in the wall. Got great vibes off the employees and everyone was nice, respectful, and kept in touch with me every time they were working on my vehicle. I recommend and they been in business for about 50 years!!

I have been doing business with Starkeys for a long time. They are always up front with you about repairs needed for your vehicle. They are fair in their price and being woman they do not try to take advantage of you. They are very honest about what repairs you need. That's why l always go to them.

Went to Starkey’s last week for emissions testing and I was very pleased with the service. Emily went above and beyond what was needed and took the time to bring some serious findings to my attention. I have been looking for a service center to repair a few things on my car. My wife and her father trusted and went to Mr. Starkey for decades. So we went there this time, even though Mr. Starkey had retired. But we won't any more. Read the reviews. There are good ones. Also read the negative ones, though, and see how you feel about the owner's responses. That tone is more like what we encountered. Maybe it's just a different take on customer service. But it's one that will keep us from returning.

I needed new battery but they were closed, but they answered the phone and said they could sell me a battery even though there was no one there to install it. They reopened their shop and register so I could buy it after hours. Much appreciated!

Negative camber maintenance was successfully completed on driver side wheels. Bike hitch removed as requested. Oil change done. The maintenance was done in a professional and timely manner.

The New owner does not know how to treat her customers . I’ve been coming to this place for several years but not any more. I felt I was treated by an owner who was arrogant and condescending. I’m sorry but she needs to learn how not to come across like someone who thinks they know it all.
