Horrible. I Went in for an alignment and I watched Jose do his work (me thinking he was doing it right) he tried convincing me I need other work needed done not related to the alignment. Also had the courage to tell me the job he had done was going to turn out “alright”. Don’t recommend this place.

I had rocker arms and lifters replaced last year, and was assured they were upgraded parts and better than my original. The shop now refuses to tell me the manufacture or brand of the parts so I can avoid shoddy parts when I get them replaced - again. All they will repeat to me is "it isn't covered under our warranty now". Fine. I get that... but why not do some customer service at least and give me the info i am asking for. Won't be returning here. They have really fast turnaround, and i guess I'm finding out why

Soooo very anger at this mechanic had me purchasing expensive parts(May 20) and still my vehicle stalls after I get it from his shop. I’ve towed it to him twice. He says it fine then like today I pick it up and within the hour it stalls leaving stranded. This last tow to him he suggested I take it to the dealer so they can tell me why it is stalling. I am so angry first he “fixed” the misfiring engine work then replaced high fuel pump and repositioned the low fuel pump AND IT’S STILL STALLS/CUTS OFF...The disappointment continues. I towed my vehicle (June 5) to him a third time after it stalled and was non-drivable for over a week in another part of town. Now juan that my vehicle is back in his possession he wants nothing to do with my vehicle. It remains outside his shop with no further attempts to deliver me a working vehicle. With the amount I have paid him for engine repairs and a high fuel pump replacement. He should be a tad bit more willing to rectify the error in my vehicle. He has made two suggestions for me to take it to the dealer for them to properly assess my vehicle. I have reluctantly agreed to take it to red mccombs where juan purchased the high fuel pump. The dealer needs the invoice to show proof of purchase. Juan has refused to provide me with the invoice but is still demanding me to get my car from his property. He eventually involved the dealer to take care of the mess he created...he had the dealer tow my vehicle off his property...once he got paid and couldn't/wouldn't fix the fuel pump issue he could care less one way or the other about repairs to my vehicle and as of this date it is still unresolved...had to make three trips back to the dealer for the same fuel pump or related parts since Juan "fixed" the engine. By him "fixing" my engine he crossed wires or something and my vehicle has not been the same since. Only one star because that is the minimum to create a post.

Definitely would recommend this place for your auto repair needs, walked in was greated by Mr Juan who explained in great detail about how repair is preformed for an alignment. He was able to take truck in for repair same day, price was great customer service outstanding. 👍
