Wow! Coming from Florida to Texas our suburban transmission blew in Louisiana. Towing was gonna take to another transmission shop but noticed we are not familiar with local shops so he recommended St Tammany. Thank God for Joe and Travis. Awesome father and son team. They got our parts in and rebuilt transmission quickly so we can head back to Texas. Locals know what's best. We are greatful for quick turn around. Thanks to all the guys at shop who participated in quick repair.

Travis and his team were outstanding. Call another shop in the same area, and the guy was quoting me a new transmission without even a proper diagnosis. Drop my vehicle off the night before, Travis drove it the next day and recognized that the issue wasn't with my transmission. He even reprogram my vehicle to help resolve the issue I was dealing with. Had the transmission oil flush and exchange anyway, and the vehicle is running really smooth right now. Thanks Travis for your professionally, honesty, and exceptional work ethic as a mechanic.

Absolutely horrible !!! Over $1200 to fix a transmission to have it returned to me leaking. Brought it back to fix the leak (which was still under warranty from repairs they performed) and got it back to STILL be leaking. Owner lied to me saying that he changed the pan gasket himself, when his employee had already already informed me that they re-used the old one when they performed the repair. Now the owner says that it must be the pan that's bad. Any person with a brain can ask "If it was the pan that was bad, wouldn't you have noticed that the first time instead of lying and just admitting that you used an old gasket? And now you want to charge me for the leak repairs that your business caused. Not a chance. Horrible way to conduct business.

Got my 4l60 rebuilt here and drove across the country to oregon 2 days after transmission did phenomenal the whole way. Very professional shop that does exceptional work!

MTE's main work truck went down with transmission issues. Travis took very good care of our vehicle and the repair was perfect. The truck runs like new again. MTE will have all of our vehicles serviced by Travis and his crew for the foreseeable future.

Had a transmission swap done a couple of weeks ago as far as the service go pretty good price was competitive however I gave three stars because when my vehicle was returned it was full of rat droppings Throughout the whole vehicle. Call to inform management about the issue and they response was well did your car have rats in it. Very disappointing. I understand that you’re working on multiple cars but when a vehicle is in your possession it should be clear and safe I was very disappointed and grossed out to say the least that was a bad and unprofessional response my vehicle was very clean and didn't have a lick of food in it y'all are just careless and doesn't properly take care of the vehicle once the job is done

Joe was very considerate, helpful and attentive to my needs. He was professional and kind with communication about my car. His staff was professional and helpful as well. They did extra work to my vehicle while fixing it. Everything was done in a timely manner and they took time to review my concerns after leaving. Overall an excellent experience.
