Incredible customer service. I was very pleased with how quickly the repairs were preformed, but on top of that, the gentleman who set up my service called me as soon as it was done. Not only was his call prompt, his estimate of time for repair was incredibly accurate. Both of these reasons are why I'd suggest this business to anyone in need of their services.

Been coming here for a WHILE. Probably 10 years to be honest. Back when the parking lot wasn’t always full 😂 but it’s full for a reason! They do good work for the best price. You’re not going to find another shop who knows how to get OEM parts for as inexpensive as they can. Giving 5 stars specifically because I recently brought in my 2017 Nissan Altima for an AC issue and after leaving noticed my Airbag light on my dash was on. A week later I contacted them (busy and kept forgetting) and they fixed the issue on good will (no charge to me). THATS how you handle business. As a business owner myself I highly appreciate that their business ethic aligns with my business’s as well. Thank you guys!

Went to rainbow muffler previously and they tried a few things but it wasn't right. These guys straightened everything out with my exhaust. Cat back 3in with x pipe and 2 resonators. It sounds amazing. Definitely will be coming/ recommending here first for any muffler modifications. Done right the first time.

6 years ago I brought in my 2003 Toyota 4Runner. $250 to have a catalytic converter replaced they get a great job, a couple of weeks ago brought in my 1970 Pontiac LeMans for a muffler bracket to be welded $40 they did a great job again. There was a creaking clanking noise coming from the exhaust pipe brought it back today turned out the baffles inside the muffler itself have come loose. Only rarely rattles so not going to worry about. They have great prices, a very well kept waiting room where you can watch [on a large screen TV] your car being worked on, something I really like, and an exceptionally clean bathroom. 👍 Good prices, quick service, friendly people. What more can you ask for? Brought in my 55 Chevy 150 to have an two exhaust tips welded on to the exhaust pipe had me in and out under 30 minutes for under $100 my tip is to come early and you can get out early they always do a great job

Do you want a place that makes an excellent one? Well, this is the place where you have to come. I got this place on Google because I’m new to the area since I’m from Orlando and I moved two months ago and found this place and I was delighted with the results of my car. I didn’t expect it to sound so perfect just by removing the muffler. It’s incredible, thank you guys, I’ll keep visiting this place for everything I have to do to my car🔥 I forgot to say that this is the perfect place for people who have a low car since we know that not everywhere they can do you a service

I am writing this review and giving a 1 star rating because S&S Custom Exhaust Owner, Ian Smith, wrote a biased letter for the owner of JJ's Auto Care. JJ’s response to our ongoing dispute, included a letter from S&S Custom Exhaust’s owner, Ian Smith. My husband and I never met Mr. Smith and he is not the person who worked on my husband's vehicle. The letter was not authored by the technician who completed the repairs and to whom my husband spoke with. S&S is clearly biased and provided this letter to help his friend. The letter admits that Mr. Smith did not complete the work as he stated “S&S examined”, not “I examined”. Mr. Smith claims that the problem was my inexpensive, poor quality aftermarket exhaust system that is prone to problems and that S&S installed 2 V bands instead of replacing the entire system. This was never communicated to me by the technician. The S&S Custom Exhaust technician actually stated that I have one of the best sounding and performance exhausts. Mr. Smith’s letter fails to address why JJ’s initial repairs left the exhaust lacking. I do not believe a business owner should write a biased letter to help out a friend. This shows a lack of integrity and is unacceptable for an owner to do.

Shout out to the amazing team there. Specifically Anthony. Communication was superb as well as service provided. Honestly what impressed me the most was management hasn’t forgotten about the customers. While sitting in the waiting area (which was very clean) I overheard in-person and phone interactions that I believe left the customers pleased they chose to trust them with their vehicles as well as prices for the work required or desired. Superb customer service.

These guys are amazing. Not only was I running on a time constraint but also had a pretty odd request to build my exhaust a specific way that isnt normal for my vehicle. I was hoping for max a week and a half to get it done but they got me in same day I called and built my entire exhaust in only a few hours even with my odd request. And to top it all off, It sounds amazing and the price was more than reasonable especially for the high quality of work done. Thank you guys so much!

Update: I received a call from Anthony after I left my initial review. They let me know that they had found the oil leak (not the exhaust leak) and somehow not communicated it to me. They even offered to repair the car for free. I was blown away by that offer and the honesty, so I offered to change my review. Another shop was actively working on my car, so I wasn’t able to take them up on the offer. We settled on a free oil change, which is a fraction of the price but still a kind offer. I was happy with this. HOWEVER, less than a day later I get a call from Anthony asking why I hadn’t changed my review. I kindly explained that I have a family member in the hospital, so I would get to it within the next week. His response was “yeah…. My boss is just on me and acting like I’m not doing my job”. The callous and selfish response bothered me way more than them not correctly diagnosing or communicating the car issues. I would’ve even understood if they followed up on the review after a few days… but this just shows that they only care about appearances. I’m very disappointed, because I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another chance in the future. I did increase the stars on my review due to them offering the free repair, but I will not be recommending them to anyone. I took my car in at the suggestion of another shop who found an exhaust manifold leak and wouldn’t touch it. Everyone I asked said this is the best exhaust shop in town. The tow truck driver (who was kind enough to look at my vehicle and convince me it was safe to drive to the shop) even told me that he saw residue in my engine. The S&S employees were kind and got me in quickly. However, I received a call the next morning asking about where the leak was supposed to be because they couldn’t find it. I explained the best I could (my knowledge on this stuff is limited). I was told that there was nothing and they would ask the diagnostic guy to check my engine. Less than 20 minutes later I received a call back that my car was ready because absolutely nothing was wrong with it. Their explanation was that my car was just meant to be loud (which is not even something I mentioned). This concerned me, because the two people who looked at my car before this made no absolutely money off of telling me what they thought was wrong with my car. I’ve also been getting sick when I drive my car for about a month. The strong fuel smell started a couple of weeks before I took it in. I decided to take it for a third opinion due to these concerns. The third shop immediately found exactly what the first shop mentioned, and they also found an oil leak. I called 5 men I know who are car hobbyists (one being my previous mechanic) and showed them the picture I was given to ensure that I wasn’t somehow being scammed by these 3 people telling me I have an exhaust leak because I was genuinely confused about how the best shop in town could miss it. I’m not trying to be a Karen. I bet these guys are GREAT at custom exhaust. I’m grateful that I wasn’t charged a diagnostic fee. Everyone screws up sometimes, but I’m mainly writing this to encourage anyone who has concerning symptoms in their vehicle to get a second (or third) opinion. Exhaust leaks are no joke when it comes to your health (especially if you have pre existing conditions like I do). Hopefully I was just there on a bad day. Maybe I’ll give them another shot if I ever have the $$ to do custom exhaust.

Just a sample of the damage I have received on just one of my vehicles from mechanics with an attitude and no accountability. I've spent thousands of dollars having to fix the damage they caused on two of my vehicles along with getting repairs done and maintenance that they were supposed to have fixed or done. I hear they may be good at exhaust but that is no place to get anything else done they destroyed the dashboard cover and the casing it snaps into on one of my vehicles and just said oh well it happens and the mechanics have serious attitude if you say something to them . If you like getting your vehicle damaged and get stuck with having to get it fixed yourself this is the place to go . S&S strikes again I paid over 1k dollars a fee years ago to have my engine mounts replaced. I went to Honda to get an oil change they said my mounts are going back I just took it to a mechanic and it will cost me almost 1500 dollars I have to replace them all because S&S put cheap mounts not Honda mounts and they not only went bad I had to replace all the mounts because of their cheap parts. The last photo is the parts I was finally able to find after searching for so long to replace the damage they caused

Recently took my 2020 Lexus LC500 in for a complete install of my Armytrix Valvetronic Catback exhaust. They had to remove full OEM midpipe & muffler system, replace with exhaust and hook up the valvetronic features to the ECU so i can control from inside the car with the remote. They also installed my RSR lowering springs back in April. I’ve put 6,000+ miles since then with no issues at all ( Photos of new fitment attached ) Been close to 2 weeks with exhaust now & everything is running great + exhaust sounds amazing. They had me out of there same day of drop off! Thanks Anthony & Ian - highly recommend !

I was referred to S&S by another shop that no longer does that type of work. I walked in with no appointment to see if I could get scheduled to get my Chevy Traverse muffler bracket repaired. Apparently, it's a common thing for the Traverses. They were able to do the repair the same day. There was a bit of a wait, as they are FCFS, but they got it in and fixed in faster time than I expected since I did not have it scheduled prior to arriving. Also let me mention the cost. Extremely affordable. I was expecting to pay several hundred for the repair. Walking out the door, spending less than $120, I'm still in shock, I think. They didn't try to sell me any custom work or more than what my SUV simply needed. Ladies, if you want a shop that doesn't treat you like you are clueless because a male isn't with you, go here. ZERO issues with that! 5☆s all around. 10/10 recommend.

This Place Is Great. stands behind their work and are very detailed oriented. You can tell as soon as you enter that they are very organized and efficient. Shout out to Johnny and the team for such spectacular service! They were recommended by my regular mechanic to have my catalytic converter replaced and they had the part ready to go and replaced in a couple of hours! Very professional and great customer service! Hard to find these days so give them a try !

The exhaust I currently have hangs extremely low - causing me to scrape almost everywhere if I’m not rockin monster truck fitment. After a year of dealing with the scraping, I ended up visiting the shop recently and regret not doing it sooner. I was in and out in no time - customer service was top tier and best of all, I’m no longer scraping. Genuinely feels like a brand new car. Pricing is great, too. Thanks Anthony for taking great care of me and my car. Highly recommend ✅
