I brought my 4 Runner there to have a catalytic convertor replaced. Very clean shop. When I dropped my car off it seemed very professional. Reasonably priced repair. I picked up my 4 Runner and drove it away. I immediately noticed a horrible vibration when driving away when speeds got over 25 mph. I thought the tire may have thrown a weight causing it to be out of balance. It was shaking bad on the drive home. I called them the next day to explain the situation, they said bring it in and would check it out. I brought the truck in , and after raising it up on the rack they pointed out a u-joint was bad. I asked how this could of happened , they said they didn't know. I asked if the car was driven after repair , they said they don't do that. You could also see fresh marks on the underbody of the truck where something had pushed up on the bottom of truck and made a hole in the heatshield of the truck. The manager had very poor customer service skills, he immediately started being dramatic and loudly stating I cant believe you are accusing us of doing something to your car. They take no responsibility for any thing they may have caused. He gave me the owners name and # . I called with no avail. I will not take my car there again. The power of the purse. Very unprofessional, poor customer service skills. I do not recommend this company I just received a diagnostic from a trusted shop- It turns out the drive shaft is bent. That what caused the u-joint to go bad. It was not bent driving it to S & S Custom Exhaust shop. It drove smooth to your shop , but had a exhaust noise. You already replied to this complaint. You never saw the truck, it was not a saw Zaw cut it was from a possible transmission jack, or another type jack. above the repair your shop performed. The one who replied is the owner, but never looked at the truck. He must have diagnostic dice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Update! I have had the occasion 4 times to go to this shop on San Juan. Always professional, always get thenjob done and provide excellent xustomer service. They do more than exhaust. Thorough and thoughtful. Thanks again! Always a pleasure. Everything is explained and i feel i can trust they will do what they said they would and they keep me informed. Thx Tyresse

First I went to the other location near beach, they were full but they had a second location that could get me in the same day so I drove to this one. Mike was a GREAT help, providing his expertise to an average consumer who doesn't know much about exhaust systems he helped me decide what to get for my vehicle. Tyrese was the manager, he was professional and kind when checking out and provided knowledge as well. The mechanic did great, I settled on getting muffle/resonator delete with a borla muffler and 4 inch exhaust tips. I'll be back when I get my diffuser

Didn't know there was two locations the one on st johns bluff is the one who caused all the damage and they have failed to reply .This is the aftermath of going to the salvage yard and getting the parts S&S damaged when they destroyed the dashboard replacing the evaporater. As you can see the dashboard folds like a taco when the guy removed it completely collapsed underneath the shell holding it was totally busted up and missing numerous screws bolts and nuts . Ian when I originally showed him after his mechanics damaged it was oh it happens. The guy who replaced it said it's the worst he's ever seen either someone fell on it dropped it or had a bad attitude cost me 2k just to fix that and I've spent well over 10k already trying to fix the damages they have caused on my vehicles.

Best experience I've ever had at a car mechanic. I called and explained the issue my car was having over the phone and they were able to get me in for an appointment 2 days later, which I think is phenomenal. My car was in and out quickly, customer service was immaculate. They were able to do the work that I needed for less than half of price that multiple other mechanics were quoting me. As a young woman who does not know much about cars I usually feel jerked around by mechanics, but S&S was completely different. The experience was smooth, respectful and highly efficient and I will definitely be back.

This place is great they treat you very well they took me right away.came in early Friday morning. They took my truck on the lift disconnected the muffler so I can get a good sound and they set it up where everything was great. I highly recommend this place.

I go here for everything I need. I've taken my Lincoln here from the time. I've owned it till now and I take my mazda here now. Recently gave my Lincoln to my son and he takes it there. Always excellent service, always incredible prices. They truly care and work with you. Cannot say enough about this place and how amazing they are. Tyrese runs a great shop.

Went for some muffler work and plan to go back for other modifications. Customer service was great, most of the shop is from the Caribbean they took time to get the job done just how I wanted it.
