First oil change today with them, made them aware never been there before although I spoke with another employee prior about their pricing. Quoted 2 different amounts. Be advised if you’ve never been there before the price may be different. Hope it’s less when I go back if not I can stay where I’ve been going. They act friendly and are fast but when I arrived, there was a line and they weren’t there. So the hours of operation are iffy. Location is east market has 2 rotary lifts I arrived at 8 am they arrived at 8:30.

Waste of time. Some of us drive out of our ways to come here and support your business. The least you could do is honor your business hours. ETA (after your ‘professional’ response)- you work outside. You know you work outside. A lot of people work outside. It gets hot in NC. Kinda side eyeing the excuse, and at what point do you just kinda figure it out?

They are awesome and I would love to remain loyal but they have to work on consistency smh hence why I only gave them 3 stars. They have their operation hours up, but they are not accurate. I am here on a Wednesday at 3:30 and it's dead out here smh. And this is not the first time I have come here on a day they are supposed to be open and came early and it was dead out here. Wasting gas and time smh.

Been coming over nearly 10 years n these guys work as fast as they can only problem I have is the opening hours it is VERY INCONSISTENT U CAN COME AS TIME POSTED BUT NO ONE SHOWS UPthe line is usually long(wait time can be -35min

I've been getting my oil change at Sprinkles since my college days and my family before that especially when they were located on Gate City Blvd aka High Point Road..atleast 40 years or more..they are quick..professional and very polite..you can't go wrong with these guys..keep up the great work!!

It's not a gas station, it's a double drive- thru to get your oil changed. They only use vavoline oil and it is always super fast. You never have to get out of your car! The two men are very nice as well. I love going there. Just know they only take cash
