I took my car here for transmission repair and after spending $700 they told me they do not do transmission repair work. My car wouldn't drive over 15 before it got there and now it will not drive at all. Avoid going here

I been taking my Lexus to them now 3 years Very nice and honest people haven’t had any problems out my car I’m glad I finally found a honest shop if I don’t need it they won’t try to fix it they will tell me the truth a lot of shops are very dishonest Thanks you guys..

This is the worst auto shop that I have ever used. In the past two weeks I have taken two vehicles there to be fixed. Took my truck there to get my ac fixed and after two weeks the air have stopped working. A couple of days before it stopped I took my wife car there to get the cooling system fixed. They told me that it would be $900 to fix. I was very hesitant about the price but I decided to let them work on it. Two days later I received a call from them notifying me that it be an additional $267 because his machanic had to take off additional parts to get to area to replace the part. I really was thrown for a loop because he begin to say that they had already begin to take it apart. They did call to inform me of the price change but started to work on my vehicle before talking to me to see whether I would agree to the price change. I spent almost $1200.00 trying to get my vehicles fixed. My truck ac has gone back out and I'm worried that my wife car have not been fixed properly. I asked if there was a warranty on the work because my ac went out so soon. He acted if he did not want me to bring the vehicle back so they can recheck it. I will never use these people again and I hope and pray for others not to take their vehicles there. These people are ripping people off. I wish I could give them a zero. Please stay clear of this establishment

First and foremost I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for anything I went for a front end alignment and was told they couldn’t do it because a numerous amount of things was wrong with my front suspension. Cool they gave me the quote which was $1500 something. I ended up getting that done somewhere else and the issues listed were wrong that this place gave. I returned after getting the correct issues fixed elsewhere for a better price. returned to get the alignment completed(which was what I went for to begin with). Furthermore, they called saying they still couldn’t complete the alignment because of an issue with something else so that $70 alignment quote went to $500. I denied the service and was told I had to pay $25 upon picking up my vehicle even though they didn’t even fix anything. But the first time I was quoted $1500 and didn’t get service it was free!!?? Honestly they are money hungry and I feel they look for other issues for more money rather than just fixing what was asked of them. I will never bring any of my cars here again!!!!! EVER 0/10

Have been going to them for a while. Took one of my cars to be serviced cause it was running hot. Was told it needed a hose. Got it back and it was still running hot and had even started leaking fluid. Took it back for them to run it and drive it causing more damage and after about 2 weeks of back and forth I end up taking it to the dealer and needed a motor. Called about a partial refund bc the problem was not a hose and they had a hand in making the problem worse. Months later no Apology and no refund.

Got an oil change and was pleasantly pleased with the service. Quick and easy without any upsell talk. Only 20 bucks for the labor. I had a professional and honest experience....feels Good. 💯🙂#HighlyRecommend

I picked up a nail somewhere along the way in my left rear tire. They were able to patch it for me very quickly & had me back on my way. Staff was very friendly & competent from the front desk to the shop area! I highly recommend this business.

Firstly I would like to say that the staff here was very kind and polite. That being said, I came in last week and told the staff that my car had just stopped while I was driving it and I had a AAA technician test my battery and told me the issue was the alternator. Staff did diagnostics and determined the issue was my auxiliary battery, and replaced it. I did research and found that my auxiliary battery has little to nothing to do with my car starting or running, but I am not much of a car person, so I trusted them. Fast forward 5 days, my car isn't starting again. I'm out $300 for the auxiliary battery, that likely did absolutely nothing for my issue, and come to find out the alternator is my issue (as I had told them it was) so now I'm looking forward to another ~$500 repair. This was my first experience with Springville Road Auto and Tire and will almost certainly be my last.

The people here were so nice, and honest as well. I needed two new tires, but I couldn't remember which ones my son said to replace. They looked and told me which ones were bad. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. The lady in the office is very sweet.

They charged me $200 more than they originally quoted to fix my clutch. It only went 20 miles or less and the hose popped off or something and now they are giving me the run around. I will update this review.
