My daughter’s car suddenly started stalling. I called them Thursday afternoon and they said they would try to fit it in. Friday afternoon they had finished multiple jobs. The manager knew my daughter worked nights and stating he did want her to have take an uber. My goodness the car runs like new! I guess that check engine light that dealer had no clue regarding was telling us the fuel pump was going bad. Told my daughter to be careful now because it accelerates fantastically now. I like their use of txt messaging with photos and details. Kudos.

Brought our car in for an oil leak. After it sat there for 2 days with no communication, I had to call to check on it. They finally sent me an estimate for over $3,000. This seemed high so we went for a second opinion. The second opinion was a third of the cost I was quoted here. We were told that this place was charging us for repairs that were not needed.

I really like how they do a full diagnostic of the current car and a review of the repair history of the car that is available through Carfax. This gives a client a path to bring the car up to date and creates a conversation as to what is definitely needed, what can wait, and what is a like to have. So far I like the process and I may have found a partner who I can work with to manage my car to last many years.

Very professional. Listened to our issues. Did testing. Reviewed all results and repaired all relavent issues till all lights were off. Kept us informed on all repairs frequently. I really like the communication and they treated us with real concern about our car. Customer service was excellent. Will take any issues in the future to them

My 2012 Ford Fusion’s A/C was blowing warm air and the front windshield defroster was blowing cold air. They ordered and installed a new temperature control module, but it started not working properly either. They did some further research and concluded that temperature control module needed a 'software' update that only a Ford dealership could. They reinstalled the original temperature control module and only charged me for some diagnostics and two other normal maintenance issues. They were very honest and pleasant to work with.

Springdale Automotive is great! They diagnosed the problems with my car and gave me a list of everything the car needed immediately and also things that should be done in the future but could wait. The immediate problems were taken care of in a day. John, who was filling in from Greenfield, IN, was great to work with - explained everything to me so I could understand and was super friendly. He was even able to give me a few discounts. In the future, I will use Springdale Automotive to care for the rest of the items on the list of things that should be done to my car. Very pleased with the work they did!

They didn't find the root of the problem. I took it in for $1800 and they must have fixed something else that was not broken. At least the person at desk was courteous...they finally called me back after I had to sell the car. It was too unsafe to drive after I got it back from them. All the dash warning lights came back on and there were more. I had to get rid of my car.
