The service is fast, but unfortunately, the attention to detail is consistently lacking. Every time I visit, I find myself needing to check their work, especially after they vacuum, as areas are often missed. It’s clear that corners are being cut, which raises concerns about the overall quality of their service. This recurring issue is disappointing and needs to be addressed.

They suck soap ran all down my car .. once I got home I noticed. Then they cheat you for the service you pay for . Every since they changed ownership

Paid 47 dollars for my truck to get washed. They didn't dry my truck, tires was still a mess, soap was still on the mirrors. $47 down the drain. I use to like this place. So disappointed.

Washed my Car here today and this Place is DEFINITELY overrated. Almost $30 for a basic car wash that's... Meh. I won't be back.

Great convenient place for a wash and an oil change. One less star just on account of price and they forgot to pump my tires, but I will be going back

DO NOT USE THEM I paid to hand wash my Maserati, they took it and parked it alongside a chain-link fence and later opened the car doors pushing them into the chain-link fence. I noticed scratches on my door and window area and I called the manager. Rather than accept responsibility, he sat there trying to explain to me why it could not have possibly been the chain-link fence which was rubbing against my car that caused damage. I SAW THE WHOLE THING AND RAN OVER TO THE EMPLOYEE AND HAD HIM MOVE THE CAR AWAY. THE MANAGERS DID NOT SEE THIS. The manager told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will never take that place again. I have $140,000 car and they just caused damage to it because their employees are careless. I actually took pictures. They are irresponsible and that the very least could’ve apologized and not provided an unreasonable denial as if I was looking to benefit from the damage to my car of my car. They are disgusting.

Got a car wash, Great job on the interior as you can tell. I’ve given this place chance after chance for god knows what reason. Never again. I pointed this out to the guy I gave my ticket to, and he looked at me like I was stupid. Get bent.

Someone should tell the Hispanics workers there that just because someone is dark skin doesn’t mean that they don’t speak Spanish. I was a regular here until I went in to get a wash and one of the guys decided to throw papers that I needed away because he had to vacuum. They should t be touching peoples personal items.

Expensive, and unclear with pricing. When I asked why the asking price was different than what was shown on the wall (I just needed an oil change with full synthetic) they tried to refuse me service. Eventually I was served, but I will not be going back. Terrible service.

I have always come here to get my oil changed, today everything was rushed. I just left the place, I don’t even think my oil was changed. I texted my husband at 7:52 while the person came to tell me the price of oil, 8:56 my car was outside waiting because they finished changing the oil, and they claimed to top off all fluids. All of that was done in 4 minutes. The trash that’s in my car, it’s after being vacuuming twice, I wash my car better than this. I should’ve done my own oil change and was my car myself. I spent 80 bucks for mediocre service. I will not come back, if you need better service, I suggest you go elsewhere.

My daughter frequents the place which says alot because she doesn't let many places touch her GT Mustang. Anywho she took me there and treated me to a basic carwash. Excellent service. Needless to say. I will be back!

They told me I need breaks and told me the charge would be 115 dollars but did not mention for the front and rear. They charged me double and I could not get a refund. This place is rip off. The car wash is nothing special , was never satisfied from them. I’ll never go back to this place

Today I showed up for an oil change, per usual. This is my regular place to shop for hand wash and oil change. Muhammad the person in charge at the time, told one of the workers to put my car out front and then no one said anything to me and they did not change my oil. Muhammad was personally mad because I left my key in my car and parked it where the sign says. He yelled at me and I told him I want someone else to touch my car not him. He took it personally and told them not to work on my car which is utterly ignorant and an unnecessary and unacceptable request. I am a recurring customer and I pulled up today for no reason because they played in my face and for that this place won’t make any money from me ever again. I will start telling people to go to another wash or oil change because I brought mad business to this place. But that’s what happens when you give black people jobs. They think bc they are just a shift supervisor they can make ownership decisions. Disgraceful! I will be leaving bad reviews every chance I get. I still remember when one guy wash my car and then ask me for a tip which is why he got none. Bc why would you ask for a tip… that’s crazy!

Be careful getting your oil change done here. I went yesterday and the maintenance worker told me that I needed back brakes and that they will charge me $140 to do them and $80 if I purchased my own brakes. Luckily I thought the cost was too high and took my car to another shop just to find out that not only did I not need brakes, my brake pads wouldn’t need to be replaced for years. The guy at this shop lied and it cost me $60 at another place all because of a lie!

I just came from here.. told the attendant I wanted a wash vacuum and to get the cupholders. He suggested the philly special $44 + tax. Did not get the cupholders or any of the inside holder parts. Didn’t even bother to vacuum the car seat. I’m going to stick to the one I go to on Washington Ave. Nice people but poor job. I could’ve got the basic for $20 vs paying $50
