Mike explains everything to you, so you truly understand what needs to be done and has been done. Never have they said the cars need more services than what they were in there for. 7/14/23 update: had a bad experience at another local shop. They quoted me over $8k for repairs!?!? Brought it back to Spradlin and Jason PROPERLY diagnosed my issues. Got parts and properly addressed/repaired my issues. Had my car in and out in 2 day and cost me $350 out of pocket ($850 before after market warranty). Mike sat on the phone for HOURS to get my warranty approved, even after I told him that he didn't have to. He also lent me a car to use for a day, and I didn't have to rent a car afterwards since it was such a fast turnaround. Car drives straight and steady and met my expectations. Jason was straight with me about what I though could be a major repair, saying that it's not an immediate safety issue and to wait til it gets worse so when they do tear it down it will be more evident what needs to be replaced. Fair enough. Other place said I needed a new transfer case?? I asked why... "it's making a noise". OK, what is bad about the transfer case? *crickets chirping.. Spradlin told me what they knew was bad and why, and nothing else. They didn't BS me on anything they couldn't reasonably quantify was a problem. Straight shooters and earned my trust and future business. Thanks Mike, Jason and Mike!

Honest shop, good prices. I took my Toyota Camry here for 7 years until I moved out to the west coast. I wish I could find a shop like this where I live now. Mike and Barry were great at explaining issues they found with the car in language anyone can understand. I appreciated that they explained the consequences of not fixing something they found, so that I could decide for myself if I wanted to get it fixed.

I’m just leaving a review about a previous review. I have never needed to use Spradlin since the parts department closed years ago. I’m in the auto repair business. I was just looking at other shops reviews. L. Schwartz left a 1 star review of a import service center because they don’t work on domestic vehicles. What a load of garbage. The reply from Spradlin was professional. Not sure I would have been that professional. Thanks for a laugh. Here’s a 5 star review for free.

These guys quoted me half as much for a head gasket and timing belt repair on my Subaru and got it done in a timely manner using quality parts. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else going forward

Spradlin is one of the very few auto repair shops that I truly trust. He never does any unnecessary work on my car and even advises me against certain repairs if it is unnecessary or not helpful to the car. I started taking my car there more than 5 years ago when I lived on the north side of Cincinnati. I now live in northern Kentucky and I still drive to sharonville to have my car serviced.

That thing that you hope never happens, happened while traveling through the area - car broke down. Mike managed to squeeze the repair into an already busy schedule to allow me to get back on the road same day. Excellent service at a great price. Hope I never have reason to look for a mechanic in this area, but if I do, I know where to go!
