Great service. I called them on a Tuesday with a problem I was having and they had a cancelation. I dropped it off and they called me and let me know what the problem was and the cost. They fixed it and the price I was quoted was right on. Always get great service.

Excellent service. Honest and very helpful. Got me an Uber because my car would stay overnight. My walking is not steady so I could not take the bus. First time using Uber. Very nice. Car runs great now.

I picked up my car this afternoon from brake caliper replacements and a haywire fuel sensor. They listened to my history of repairs and were able to diagnosis an ongoing issue with my brakes. Pricing was fair and communication was clear, upfront and honest. You even get to talk to whoever is actually working on your car for any questions. And bonus they washed and shined up my car even though it was covered in snow dirt.

I have had two vehicles serviced at Spirit One, and both times my car was done with either that day or the next! The most recent was supposed to be over the Labor Day weekend, which was understandable as they were receiving it on a Friday. They had it done that afternoon instead!! They are not only extremely quick, but exceedingly professional. I've always had trouble finding a mechanic in St. Louis as I know nothing about cars and sometimes feel like I could be missing something, or charged more because of that. I will only ever go to Spirit One from here on out. Thank you! Had another wonderful oil change by Spirit One 7/1/24 :-) I wish I could review more than once but will keep updating...we had our alternator go out a couple days before the big snowstorm. Got our vehicle in on a Friday morning and it was done before 3pm...we love you Spirit One, thank you SO much for always taking such great care of us. 1/15/25

I knew I needed new tires on the back of my Kia soul, I let David know that those tires needed to be replaced and he ordered them for me. When I came into the shop, I was in and out within an hour with two new tires on the back end of my car. Great service, great price. I gladly travel from Creve Coeur to Affton to have my car serviced by a team I trust.

Great service is all you will get at Spirit One. I tried going to a shop on Telegraph close to my house only to get frustrated by their lack of service. I called Dave and I was able to drop my car off the night before and my car was ready at the end of the next day. The mechanic called me to discuss the diagnosis and gave me options on a solution. The price I was quoted was right on track with the average. This shop is not closed to me so I have my daughter pick me up and it's good to know that they will also give you a ride.

I am so grateful they were able to fit me in at the last minute when my car suddenly started sputtering and the check engine light was flashing. they diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered the part they guessed was causing the problem, verified their guess was right when I got there, and had me up and running and out of there about half an hour after I got there! I could not have had a better experience!!!

Top notch customer service. Scheduled appointment. Little wait, but enjoyed the complimentary WiFi and coffee. Very informative technician who taught me that tire valve stems on certain cars can be a source for leaking and periodically, the retainer escutcheon needs to be tightened down with a 12 mm socket wrench. I thought I had a tire picture, instead, just a leaky valve stem. Professional and courteous. Will bring all our cars here.

Had a check engine light on, they scanned it and my thermostat was stuck open, they replaced it at a reasonable price and I got an oil change while it was there. Ignore the one star reviews ,those are all competitors.

Spirit One is a great local shop. After being told by multiple other shops (one local and two chain) that appointments were impossible/wait times were hours long, Spirit One delivered. They were happy to schedule an oil change near the end of their day, and had my car done in less time than expected. Prices were pretty reasonable and the staff was approachable. My girlfriend had recommended me to Spirit One, and I happily will share that recommendation. Give them a call!
