I'm not sure who the gentleman is that answers the phone. I've called 3 times and each time he is short, provides little to no info and seems as if he is being bothered by the phone calls. I used to get a young lady assist and she was always helpful. Sorry, but the initial contact sets the standard for me, first impression is a lasting impression. I took my vehicle to Barebones where the shop is clean, people are respectful and they do a great job to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Owner of Spensers quality automotive needs to put the gentleman in the shop and clean up spilled oil or clean the work bays.

We've used Spenser's for the last several years. They are available M-F. We've always had great experiences. We keep going back because of the quality of work. Spenser is a very HONEST mechanic and has never steered us wrong!

Guy on the phone verbally abused me cussing me out maybe he thought I was someone else but now my day is ruined. I struggle with mental health and he really hurt my feelings today and put me in a bad spot. I'm so sad. Will NEVER do business here and no one EVER should.

I hate taking my car into unknown places in an unknown area, however if you are in the Denton area or are just driving through and need assistance with your vehicle then Spenser Davis is the person to do it!! He’s ran his business here for over 20 years!Honest, respectable man with integrity you just don’t see anymore! They are fair prices and won’t ever sell you something you DONT need!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (even if you’re not from Denton 😉)

I was treated with the utmost kindness and consideration. Spenser's saved me money and fixed my air conditioning problem. I got to my appointment right when they opened, they kept me updated on progress throughout the day, and returned my vehicle in the afternoon. I was referred by a trusted friend and now I have become a dedicated customer of Spencers.

Sent my 81 Trans Am over for them to time the motor and adjust the carb after a distributor install. The shop forgot to put my resistance bushing back in and melted my cap and rotor! Avoid their handiwork at all costs.
