Last time I changed the oil at them, all changed well, it's time to change again came to visit could not remove the oil filter they say we can not remove, and let me go without doing anything although they changed the last time.

Unfortunately these scammers had me bring my own oil + filter then didn’t attach skid plate under car correctly. After driving on PA Turnpike I could feel the drag so I pulled over only to find out entire plate was flapping in the wind. Would NOT recommend + will be filing a report with better business bureau

They don’t change the oil filter, cos you can’t see that process. Just don’t go to this place. Spend few more bucks for different shop and you’ll be safe then.

Charged me $70 for engine flush!!! In total I paid 188.95 to change my oil, engine flush, and air filter. Don’t come here, they will rip you off, they’re scammers.

people be careful! they like to deceive people here! we had an oil change and we had our own oil! They changed this oil and used the oil; it’s good that they saw it! they said that we brought it to them! Then we bought the oil again for 40 dollars! and they have no experience on new cars; we almost broke the oil filter! I don't recommend them if you have your own oil, they steal and use old oil

After trying to get me to buy additional services, other than the oil change I asked for, they used recycled oil to fill my car. Try calling and you'll notice that the number is disconnected.

I went there for a full synthetic oil change. I know my car takes 5 quarts of oil as per manufacturer specs, but they tried to charge me for 2 additional quarts, saying that my engine takes 7 quarts. I told them the car takes 5 quarts and they said that they make mistake with 7 quarts. So I paid for 5 quarts oil. After leaving I checked the oil level at home and the oil is dark and dirty, I think they put in used old oil in to the car. Never going back there again, very scamming business.

Update Feb '24. Cost is now $86 (up from $76 last time) for Mobil 1 full synthetic and filter. They don't do any other courtesy stuff or pester you for up sells. Usually quick and easy. Occasionally forget the window sticker. Odd that their receipt always prints, "oil level low on arrival" yet they didn't check it before service. I inspected the sealed oil containers - they are unopened and authentic. I checked level after service - perfectly filled. Been going here for years. Free car wash coupon appreciated.

😠 😡 BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. AS A WOMAN, THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED AN "ENGINE FLUSH" and my radar went off so I told them NO. FAST FORWARD a few months, I am currently at Mavis Tires in Trevose, PA and they advised me that there is NO SUCH THING AS AN ENGINE FLUSH. These people at Speedy Lube were trying to scam me and they also use OLD OIL (see other reviews for reference). Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Your vehicle will thank you. I will now go to Mavis Tires for not only my tire needs but also for my routine oil changes. Furthermore, Speedy Lube does NOT top off your other fluids like other places. Cheap, low-down, dirty scammers. 😠 😡

Been coming here for years. It's usually just the one gentleman working and he does a pretty good job of getting me in and out of there pretty quickly.

I used to come here all the time with the fleet. Now the service sucks. Very slow. Management has no clue how to run this place smoothly. One guy underneath in the pit talking on the phone and one guy up top waiting for him to get done So he can fill the car with oil. And 5 cars waiting! And they took care of the car that came after me first.
