Highly professional, organized and friendly. I couldn’t recommend them enough. John and the rest of the team at SST are an example of how to build lasting relationships with clientele. I will be going here for anything I need in the future. EDIT, it’s the future, I’m still going, and Steve is now the next awesome service professional- I notice that they even wash the car with care, the dealership rinses it and leaves water spots🤣! I’m STILL loving SST 5 years later.

It's great having a speed Shop like this right around the corner from my house. Danbury Connecticut is a big racing community. With history going back to the Danbury race arena. I'm thankful to have these shops local to me.

Top notch people and service! I brought my Porsche 911 TT to Speedsport for a few performance upgrades this week and from my first contact with Ben and his knowledgeable suggestions for my upgrades, to my service appointment that was thoroughly overseen and very well communicated throughout to me by Marc. Thank you all for such a pleasurable and satisfying experience all the way around, You have gained a customer for life!

Honest Mechanics are hard to find. SST is awesome. I had a Check Engine light come on. They suggested I drive it until near empty, put in a bottle of Techron, fill my 993 with 93 octane, drive it for an hour, unplug the battery, plug it back in. Voila! Check Engine light gone. Who does that?!!! If you have a real issue they will fix it perfect but they know our cars and are honestly the only people you can really trust and take your car to! Others would f you over and tell you that you had an expensive problem when you brought your car in with the check engine light on. They asked questions, listened to the motor and deduced correctly I wasn’t driving my car enough and hard enough!

I had my Porsche worked on here for the first time and was impressed at every level. Owning a Porsche is a lot of things, fun, exciting, thrilling, just an incredible experience, but what makes the whole experience even better is having a trusted place to fix any issues you may have with the car. For that, SST in Danbury is the only place you need. These guys, it's like having a bunch of your buddies as Porsche experts. Friendly, professional expertise, patient, informative, and courteous. The shop itself is like visiting a car show. I can't say enough good things about them. Just go and see for yourself. I won't go anywhere else.

SST was recommended to me by a handful of people in the Porsche community. I just had my first service with them and couldn't be happier. They're professional, communicative, and wonderful to work with. The after-hours vehicle pickup, and electronic invoicing/record keeping are convenient as well. I've definitely found my new Porsche specialist and will be returning in the future.

2 star is not for the quality of work. They do a terrific job. I felt privileged to have them work on my 640 and had a tune done there a couple months ago knowing it would be back in there asap to have other mods done. I had been working with a previous shop manager in regards to highly modifying my car, with the understanding that it wouldn't be all at once. The last time I was there, I had received a wrong downpipe from a supplier not knowing. After patiently waiting for few weeks to get an appointment, RJ asked if it would be ok to have the car there a little longer over night because they had "more important work" and me being understanding as I have been in the car business 23 years say I understand only to find out tht i gotthe wrong part after being told the day before that the job was almost halfway done. Furthermore im told that they are no longer interested in "smaller work" if that is the case, then it shouldn't be advertised, and to put salt into my wounds even more, they shouldn't have pictures of my car on their site with captions saying its in service waiting and glistening in the sunlight! If they are trying to steer clear of smaller work because it slows the shop down, then i would suggest they stop taking pictures so much amd then they could take on "small jobs" with the time they found. This is the photo they put on thier website of my car when they told me that they weren't interested in small jobs due to not having enough time.

I have been going to SST for years. Multiple European cars I’ve had serviced and fixed and they never disappoint. They have the best Euro mechanics in the business. They always have the tools and knowledge to diagnose and fix whatever problems my car/s may be having. Recently, my 2014 S4 had, what could’ve been, a serious electrical issue. My car is highly modified and the team took their time to reach out to the original tuning company, diagnose the underlying issue, and get all the parts needed for repair. Today I met Steve for the first time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to chat about cars that didn’t even have to do with my own. If I could give more than the 5 stars I would. I wouldn’t bring my car, or recommend any other shop to anyone, other than SST. Thanks for all you do guys! See you in the near future.

I just had my first experience with SST. They were a recommendation from a friend and I had such a positive experience dealing with them. Steve was my service advisor and he was very communicative and thorough throughout the whole process. Their customer lounge was very comfortable and pleasant to spend some time in. If I am back in the area and need help again with my German car I will be bringing it back to them.

I've been using SST for 8 years for my VW service needs from oil changes to timing belt. Great shop that does great work. If people trust a shop with their rare and exotic cars, you too can trust them with your European vehicle service. And if you're looking for a trustworthy shop for your Porsche, ask other Porsche owners who they trust and you'll hear SST mentioned a lot. I wouldn't bring my European cars anywhere else.

These guys are Truly the Best! I have about 2 years Taking all three of my BMW's for oil changes, brakes, and spark plugs. Their attention to detail is impeccable, they also do a full inspection on your vehicles even if its in for just an oil change. You guys are the best, Thanks for the great customer service!

Took my C class Mercedes-Benz in for its B service. Staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. I was even given a tour of the shop. Lots of awesome cars. Work on the car was completed in a timely manner and the cost was much lower than the dealer. Will be using them again and would definitely recommend them. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future.
