I love getting my car serviced at SpeeDee. I’ve been going to them for years. The mechanics are knowledgeable and the staff is always kind. Mac and Kyle helped me the last few times I’ve went and they were really patient and helped me with several questions I had…great guys!!! I definitely recommend SpeeDee to anyone.

Service was outstanding! Guys explained some issues I need to be aware of, helped replace a breaklight and seal a cracked in the cover, and provided overall excellent customer service. I will definitely make this my go to oil change location.

Did an amazing job of making sure I was informed of what was going on after a terrible experience at the mount pleasant location. Fixed what the other location wouldn’t and was courteous, kind, and respectful the entire time, even though I had some special requests I needed them to do. I highly recommend this location for good, quick, quality service

I really liked this place! I feel like they were very honest about what actually needed to be done, where other places keep adding more and more! The lady up front( sorry can’t remember her name) but she was so nice and friendly! I will definitely be going back there!

I do not like the location is Summerville SC. I only visited this location for oil changes. Every time I went there I was there over an hour and they are slow! Go to the location in North Charleston near Northwoods mall instead! Those guys there will get you in and out ! Change your name from SpeeDee to SlowDee !

I had a tire rotation and oil change they were very through and professional. The lady at the front desk was very nice and personable. My only complaint and why they got a Four out of five star is the time it took. And hour and a half it seems way too long as I got in right a way. I will definitely go back

I was very nervous moving to a new place, not knowing any personal connections for car care but they have been honest. As a young woman, I’m grateful I don’t have to worry about getting taken advantage of for unnecessary costs on my car. 10 out of 10 recommend. Overcharged me on my oil and without they did give me proper receipt. They said they checked my tires and not once did I see them even go near my tires. This place is a scam!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I was quoted one price and grossly over charged with no additional services. A lot of people walking around riding the clock or running up the labor charge. The mechanic who was supposed to be working on my vehicle was working on another at the same time. He only worked on my car when I was standing there watching him. I waited 4 hours to have my water pump replaced while 3 of the workers stood out front twirling signs instead of working on vehicles. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere.
