Coming from a line of uncles that are mechanics in Southern Florida, I have never had a great experience going to anyone but my Uncles- Until I found this location and this crew. Chad and every person on his crew go above and beyond every time I come needing help and they always end up saving me a fortune goin to this location. Chad and his crew are fantastic, they are expedient, transparent, honest people, that even follow up on phone calls! What! He recommended me a windshield service that was phenomenal and gave just about the same service that the crew at this Speedee's provides every. single. time. Im always greeted with a hearty hello, work has never taken longer than anticipated, and they clearly are here for the people in this community- never felt ripped off or like they were just trying to make a quick buck- they go out of their way to save me- the consumer/customer money. In this day and age, hard to come by. TRULY. To have a crew that you trust through and through is a treasure, I'll alway always go to Chad and his crew while I reside in Charlotte.

Outstanding customer service at this shop. After having a bad experience at another shop, I was weary about trusting another place. The two times I've been here have been none other than great. I'll continue to be a customer here. I definitely recommend going here. The reviews don't lie.

One of the best experiences I’ve had while in a messed up situation. They looked at my car, told me everything that was wrong with it, and also told me the best way to go about fixing it whether it was with them or not. They did not charge me that weird $200 diagnostic fee that all the other shops are charging. They were very straightforward and honest!

Our car broke down while headed to Florida, and we got towed in with no notice. Chad went above and beyond to assist us in fixing the car and helping us document damage done by another repair shop. I fully recommend Chad and his shop, they were amazing!!

Chad was very helpful earlier this week with getting my jeep inspected. They were a little busy at the time which was not a problem at all. He did communicate this with me at the beginning which I really appreciated. The wait was not long at all! Thank you again for great customer service!

The best decision I ever made with my car. Chad and team are the best! I still not take my car anywhere else. I have had bad car decisions in the past that have left my car in ruins, but coming here, they not only put my car back together but also took my financial stress away with the military discount. Thank God for SpeeDee!

Had a great experience here! The manager was very nice, made everything super easy, and was knowledgeable, but didn't try to push things I didn't need like most places, which for me is extremely important. Will absolutely be back for my car maintenance!

Let’s just say I have a neighborhood Mechanic as long as Chad and his crew is there! I’ve always been skeptical about mechanics as a woman and only taking my car to the dealership, but lately I haven’t felt the most heard or supported at the dealership. Before getting on the road for the holiday, I decided to give a local chain a try. I was the second customer and the service from management to the mechanic was absolutely amazing! They were very patient in answering all my questions and got me safely back on the road. My car is driving great and I will definitely be back for my future services. Thanks guys. 🚗

The staff is very nice and friendly. They get you in and out. If you ever go ask for Tavaris . He’s going to take care of you and make you feel welcomed and at home. Prices are reasonable and they always have coupons online and discounts in store.

Needed a state inspection for my vehicle. They were the ONLY shop in the area that had someone to assist me. The wait was 15 minutes and the staff were friendly and super professional. Will most definitely be coming back.

I came by the shop this weekend after getting the runaround from a few other tire shops in the area. I was definitely having a day. Chad was so helpful and nice. He helped me with my tire and gave me advice about another issue that my car was having. I will be back to get some other maintenance done. Thanks Chad

I live in the area and just so happen to see this place, I brought my car here Saturday morning and was in and out for my oil change. Taraves the assistant manager and his staff assisted me with class and respect. I will be sure to come back to get all my services done. Very inexpensive, & great customer service!

I went to several car service places around the area and all had issues whether it was closing early, techs leaving early, etc. When I went to Speedee’s they were super friendly and more than happy to do my car’s inspection! Even right before close and in rainy weather. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Tavaris and Chad were fabulous! They assisted me with a state inspection for my truck and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very grateful for their help and I will definitely be back. Fast, efficient, and above and beyond service! Highly recommend.
