No one in line for a oil change , I'm the only one here and been here since 11:45am for an oil change. It's almost 5pm and they still ain't finished ..... Don't waste your time here period!

Not very impressed at all. Just needed one trailer tire swapped out (brought my spare).. and wouldn't ya know that they changed shifts and the incoming guys just 86ed the work order. When I realized it I went to the shop and almost begged the tech to get it done,..even said I'd help with whatever I could,..and the guy ended up trying to make me believe that their air-assist 20ton bottle jack wouldn't pick my trailer up high enough to remove the tire!.. I said you mean to tell me that you don't have access to another jack whatsoever--with 3 fully loaded road service trucks right here?? Pure laziness!

Avoid at all costs. Takes 4-5 hours to do an oil change that should take 15 minutes and that’s with no one in line ahead of you. They have plenty of employees but they just walk around aimlessly doing nothing.

Requested a bulb change on my truck that was parked inside THEIR OWN YARD at Loves. I requested them to change it at the parking spot because of my logbook restrictions, but they denied and said it would be considered ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, which would cost an extra $100, even if the truck is within THEIR OWN YARD. They said it is the corporate policy, but I told them that is an unfair greedy policy that other Loves don't follow, as I have been helped within the yard several times before for no extra cost. As a customer, to me it sounds redicoulous and disrespectful that I have to pay $100 extra for them to service me within THEIR OWN YARD. It is a complete scam, I don't care as a customer if this rule was made by the president, what's unfair is unfair, regardless of their policy. Needless to say, I did not give them my business for their lack of respect, lack of curtesy, and lack of fairness. Gave my business instead to someone who did a legitimate ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, as he had to drive to me and earn my business in an honest way. 1 star for their lack of service and greediness.

Mechanics are just chit chatting inside of office, person in charge had trucker waiting since 9am. They wont get information so that there’s no paper trail. Worst service, incompetent management.

Heriberto (hope I’m spelling his name correct) provided outstanding customer service and had my trailer fixed properly. This is a VERY busy location due to the high volume of trucks. Just be patient, be nice, they’re good people and will fix you right.
