I don’t know who manages this location. Poorly managed shop.It is the worst LOVE’S shop I have ever seen. They deliberately waste time on small work so as to charge you more . They don’t care about customers. Drivers, please avoid this shop at all cost.

Loves is the great company I have been a customer since 2019 till now, the location I visited yesterday it was very bad. 5191 Harding Ln, Indianapolis, IN 46217 the reason I said that is the oil I asked was Rotela T6 but the put different one T4. And I paid the money T6. After that the pill was not under my name when I said it's not me He refused to fix. Watch out for this location guys !!!

I wish I can give zero star wait in the line for 3 hours when I enter in the bay they said they don’t have the fuel filter really waste my day very bad experience all the employees are new don’t know anything about shop or parts need to change

Poor service very bad rude Not respecting drivers low rank Harassing drivers I was there this month 2 times But even the managers they just not respecting If there is - negative 0 start I can give them negative 0 Very low rank people One old white guy he tried to beat me for no reason I wasn’t expected They charged also extra if they don’t like you We are all same humans no one is above Be carful the clutch and brake adjusters are careless I did my adjustment at the speedco Indianapolis They charged too much money Their work worthless They told me they did adjust it my brakes but when I go 10 miles my brakes are starting burning So they are unprofessional Bad work new people they don’t know how to do it They charged too much money for nothing

Warning Truckers!!! I had my PM service here, drove 30 miles away my truck started throwing codes and check engine lights,they don’t even know how to put fuel filter in place, it woulda been a huge problem down the road thanks to God a TA was close by, the mechanic from TA was surprised he confirmed also that the oil level is over the normal range
