I came in to buy an air filter to install myself and none of the 5 people inside the office could help me get a part # because according to Cassandra, "we're not a parts store"... My company spends ridiculous money at this store and couldn't be bothered to lookup or make a call?

11/15/24 . Tired , long day . 26FT. Box Truck. Stopped for an outside rear tire replacement, re-tread. Ok . No problem 😊. While in the shop , I asked if I purchased a pair of windshield Wipers, would they be installed free . The answer was Yes . Consider purchase of tire and purchase of blades In Shop . $20.00 each blade - OK. Got to Loves in Louisiana and looking over ticket while re-torke of the tire , I see that I was charged $ 17 Per. Wiper Blade Installed. Box Truck 🚚.. $ 33.98 ... It took maybe 5 minutes for 2 blades to be installed 🤔. Kinda Really Sucks. 🤨. Seriously. I get my PM / Fuel / Fluids / Shower / Food at Loves all over the USA . Plus , a headache and a rear-end ache 😫 . Keep your eyes wide open, truck drivers .

Really bad service got here at 8pm there was nobody in front and it took them 2 hrs to get me in and 2 more for doing the work and it was only 1 blown out tire smh🙂‍↔️🤦🏻

I visited Speedco by the Loves on 10/26/24 around 2:15 pm, needing a TSI inspection for my semi tractor. I followed the sign’s instructions and waited in my truck for 10-15 minutes, but no one came out to assist, even though I was the only truck there. The employees were walking around, ignoring me. Eventually, I went to the office, where three employees were inside. I asked about the inspection, and the lady asked one of the employees if he could do it. He replied that he didn’t have time and needed to leave, and they told me to come back on Monday. Poor customer service—seems like they don’t care about helping customers. This was a bad experience, and management really needs to step in to change the culture here. I won’t be returning.

You've been here twice for tires, and every single time. It's been a 2-hour plus wait, One after they told me they could get me through pretty fast and I didn't stay around to wait a second time after being told it's a two hour wait for just tires. If you need tires done fast, don't do it here. This ttime I was here they said it was because they were loaning out their tire technician out to the main store because the main store wouldn't hire / do their own mechanical workAnd then their next tire guy didn't come in for another 30 minutes. On top of the fact that they only had two other vehicles, they're waiting for tires.

Pulled in the middle of the night and Jason and the guys jumped on my tires that desperately needed rotation and before I could finish dinner he called to let me know it was done. Pressures set, tight and right. Thanks for making the rest of our ride smooth as silk. Top notch Speedco yer the best.

Stopped in because ac was not working and also needed a PM done Jason got right to work on my AC and found that the compressor was not working so he called Peterbilt and ordered everything that was needed to do the job properly his shift ended at 3 pm but he stayed and finished fixing my AC and then also done the pm for me everyone in the shop was very friendly and helpful thank you again Jason for a job well done

Lazy guys, just walking around doing nothing, gathering together just to spend time. Waited for oil change, they don't even come to your side. I went to office the girl said after few minutes, I waited another hour, no one even comes to your side. Just RESPECT YOURSELF ACROSS THE STREET ANOTHER ONE , THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY!

This Speedco/Loves shop is ridiculous. I showed up at 3:30am needing 2 tires. At first the kid came out and seemed helpful. He got the approval from my company. I assumed I'd be quickly taken care of. He comes back out and says he has to go on a road call, asks me if I will still be here in an hour or 2 when he returns. He then disappeared inside the office for 45 minutes.. We sat facing the shop and road trucks waiting for him to get loaded up for the road call.... its like he hid so he wouldn't have to change my tires. (I called a different vendor for my tires to be changed) Well He finally left on his road call more than an hour later. Of course, when I'm the "road call" driver, I wait between 4 & 5 hours on Loves to show up. Their tire shop is terrible. My breakdown department says they HATE dealing with Loves shops everywhere. The date was 7/14/2023 This will be the last time I ever use this shop. I should have went across the street to the Speedco at the FlyingJ. So, don't waste your time here...
