Slower than slow. Repair was approved 40 minutes before they finally want to check to see if it was approved. After doing other things even though I was there waiting first.

This speedco has been amazing. They have gone above and beyond. I have been driving 24 years this shop has done a lot more than a lot of shops have done. Any time I am in this area I am coming in here. Troy was the man when I came in. He was very friendly and funny. I was having a bad day and he was joking made my day a little better. Stephen the mechanic just did not throw parts at it he took the time and found the problem. I have been broken down a lot the last couple of weeks with people just putting parts on it. This mechanic took the time and fixed it right. Britanya is the GM she is really nice and knows what she is doing and keeps the guys focused. Overall I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks speedco for going above and beyond for me.

contrary to what i read about this Speedco… they were really nice and sweet to me… There was about 4 people on duty and they all did what was ask of me… The lady at the front desk was sweet and the dude that actually worked on me was super nice…thank you guys…i have no other way of showing my gratefulness except this way…. keep it up…🙏🙏🙏

After 19 hours of waiting, they told me they could not fix my trailer because the truck in the other bay(arrived after me) has a lot of problems. The workers wandering around all day long do chit-chat and smoking. Avoid this place!

Reviews are true. This is the slowest speedco and the workers are the type that don't want to work. Waited for 3 hrs for an oil change, no trucks in bays. Had to leave without job done

Do not come to this place they have a bunch of idiots working in this place, came for an oil change the they stripped the oíl plug and now they're sending me to Freightliner saying is a warranty issue when they're the ones the damage the plug. I heard stories about them always breaking things, they won't do anything to help the customers, they're rude the place is nasty and dirty again do not use Speedco or Loves they will mess your truck .

I get in bay. Literally takes 3 people 1 hr to take tire off, they weren't doing anything else. I'm the only one here. Let's see how long it takes to patch. Probably another 4 hours

I waited in line 4 hours, there was only one track ahead. And an hour before closing, when it was my turn, they told me that they couldn't change the oil for me because they were very busy. In 4 hours, 6 workers can service only 2 trucks. Just wasted time. Never come here.

Do not come here for any reason! You will be scammed. I had a dot inspection done at this location and it was a complete money grab. The "mechanic" failed me for multiple issues. Said "the truck had obviously been neglected for a long time." The mechanic must be blind and didn't see the brand new $10k turbo that had been installed 6 weeks prior. Also rebuilt engine, new tires, shocks, brakes, oil, fuel, water and power steering pumps, xy shifter, new clutch, inertia brake, flywheel, king pins, bushing on steer amd drives axles. Yes all that work and I obviously neglect my truck. I passed the dot inspection with ease 3 days later at a Boss shop. Go somewhere else, these people are inexperienced and crooks. They even had the service tech in the bay point out "wires touching on my truck" saying its a dot fail. This place is a joke. Keep your service tech in the office and out of the bay trying to learn about a dot inspection on my truck. Go to school for that. Every person that works here needs to go back to school. And needs to learn from a real master mechanic which they do not have here. They only have one mechanic and they are incompetent. They tried to get me to pay thousands of dollars in repairs my truck does not need. Even told me replace a part that still had the sticker on it from when it was just replaced 6 months ago! Also I came in around 10am and still was not done when they closed. They never greased my truck and had me wait over 2 hours the next morning. Finally after getting the truck greased I left and I am glad I did and got my Dot from the Boss Shop amd didn't get scammed by these hustling children. Even if they do not scam you they take forever because they do not know what they are doing. The mechanic "June" does not know what they are doing. Run away from this place. Do not say I didnt warn you!

I came here in the morning for oil change and to replace leak air bag. I waited there for 6 hour and they did only oil change of my semi truck. At the end I left the place without changing air bag. Ver bad service.

5/27/24 at around Noon or 1pm. Was really set to give an excellent review. The employee that first helped us out was professional, knowledgeable and told us they would even air all the tires; we don't come across this offered at no extra charge often. Another gentleman employee was first off questioning me about the operation of my truck stating "yeah, this is my first day, I don't know what I'm talking about." (Sarcasm on his part) Rude of course, but pretty sure I know my own truck, I've drove it for years. Owner Operator for 25 years. So get on to the next stop check out my truck. Yeah, he aired the tires. Left 4 of the tires without valve caps (DOT violation). Cross threaded the stems. On purpose? Who knows?

Came to get air in one tire and they broke the valve, then they just couldn’t it and just sent me my way, they did not take responsibility for messing up. From the beginning the lady in charge was just wanting to sell me a new tire. Worst service ever.

If you need a oil change, tire changed, or a light bulb, I think it would be a good place, other than that don't waste your time here, not very mechanical inclined

Told me they couldn't repair my tire because I was parked in a water puddle. Ok. Reported to the shop first thing in the morning, still made me wait. Finally got in a bay, didn't have the information from the work order last night so I have to wait even more. Finally got penske on the phone, only for speedco to tell them "we only have low quality and recapped tires ". Wasted three hours.

Waited all night for tire change just so at the morning will be told that they don’t have anyone to do the work, because they helping other store to close. IF YOU KNEW THAT why not to put any sings. Very very bad business!!!!

Waste of time and money Never go at this place, mechanics are unprofessional and dumb, Amber (front desk clerk) so annoying and rude. Never deal with them and avoid them, they will tell you that they will fix your truck, they will hold you up keep telling different story and at the end of the day just reject everything to do AVOID!!!
