Had a piece of metal which sliced my tire and dropped it off there on a Saturday to get a new tire installed. Got called that it was ready the next Monday. 5 stars for quick service. 1 star for when I got the bike, the person who rode it out of the shop for me pointed out that the mechanic who did it scratched the crap out of my muffler! Going back tomorrow to talk to the owner since he was apparently out when I went to pick up the bike. Will edit review once I get it worked out because otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Everyone was very friendly. Edit: Brought my bike back to the shop and the got it taken care of free of charge! They even offered to replace my muffler but I told them I just wanted the paint touched up to prevent rust. Will definitely go back there for service in the future.

I recently had a terrible experience with this towing company. My car broke down on the highway, and I called them for assistance. They assured me that a tow truck would arrive within 30 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for over two hours before anyone showed up. When the tow truck finally arrived, the driver was rude and seemed annoyed that he had to help me. He was careless with my car, and I noticed scratches on the bumper after he towed it to the shop. To make matters worse, the company charged me an outrageous fee, far more than what they had initially quoted over the phone. I tried to contact their customer service to resolve the issue, but I was met with unresponsive and unhelpful representatives. They refused to take responsibility for the damage and overcharging, leaving me feeling frustrated and cheated. Overall, my experience with this towing company was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and professional towing company.

although they did come out in very early morning to help us with a flat tire. When the tire was being repaired, it was noticed that the front tie rod closest to the driver side tire was bent. The owner said this could not have been them, but how funny that the straps were close to the tie rod! We brought the car to two different mechanics, both me Agreed 100% it was the tow truck company. Also where we went to get the flat tire repaired said it was 100% the tow truck company. The owner took no responsibility.

I can't thank the owners of this organization for repairs, Oil and Filter changes and in todays case, just put on a new front tire on our motorcycle. His prices are very reasonable and his turnaround is even better. If I could give more than a five star, I would. Thank you Rob and the Speed Demon employees.

Everyone at Speed Demons has been amazing!! They rebuilt my front suspension and other things; work was done quickly, and everything was perfect. Don’t make the wrong choice and go someplace else. Speed Demons will get it done, and their prices are more than fair, so if you need work done, bring your bike to Speed Demons. Thanks, everyone at the shop, for all the hard work and fantastic professionalism. You got a forever customer with me!!!!

I’ve used speed demon to assess and work on the following bikes since 2018. 2004 gs500f 2004 Honda shadow 750 1995 Ducati 900ss And I think my royal enfield and bmw too. Long story short. I’ve gone for carb word, wire issues, engine stuff, tires, etc. I’ve never had a problem. The team here is experienced guys who know their trade. The owner will be forward with you if there’ll be any delay or wait times, or when they can get to it. I’ve had to use other bikes shops around the country in the last year. A recent service made me realize how lucky I was before with speed demon. They are the absolute only motorcycle shop around who knows what they’re doing and do it well. Thank you for all the work in the past guys.

I was involved in an accident Saturday and they ended up towing my car from the site. The whole thing has been a nightmare to deal with, but Speed Demons made their part of this extremely easy. Told me exactly what I needed to do, who I needed to call and were very helpful when I showed up to get my belongings out of the remains of the vehicle. I hope no one needs towing services, especially for something like this, but if/when you do I would recommend them if you're in an area that makes it judicious to do so. Thanks to the gentlemen working today who made this so efficient and simple for me, I appreciate the assistance more than you'll ever know!

We had a truck stuck in the mud and were on a time crunch. They came within 30 minutes and had the truck out within 15. Their price was also about half of what others in the Hartford area quoted us. Highly recommend!

The Town of Bloomfield used this company for towing after accidents. I would not use this company again and I would strongly encourage anyone else to call your tow truck after an accident in Bloomfield! They make it very inconvenient to tow anywhere but their yard, I’m assuming so they can charge storage and other fees. The driver would only take cash if it wasn’t towed to their yard . This policy is predatory in nature because who has a couple hundred dollars of cash on them right after an accident? It is 2022 who doesn’t accept some form of electronic payment via a credit/debit card, Venmo or Apple Pay. I run a small business PayPal, square and clover all sell card readers for smart devices for small businesses with very minimal fees there is no excuse to only offer cash as a payment option anymore. This is an terrible way to conduct business.

Hello! I recently had an old blinker on my bike that caught a rock and cracked and these guys replaced it with a new rear tire in just a day! Service was great and fast and I'll definitely be getting services i need from them again in the future!

I definitely found my new shop! Possibly one of the best experiences I've had at a bike shop. Had tires installed and an oil change done, during their busy season. My bike was ready in a 1 and 1/2 days. Three and a half days sooner than quoted. When I picked it up it was washed and ready to go. Of all the places I've used my bike has never been washed by anybody but me. I would highly recommend giving Rob and Speed Demon Cycles a shot.

They store your bike for the winter, maintain the battery, treat the fuel and perform a safety check as well as any other service you may need. What shop does that?! This one! Rob seems awesome to deal with. Super professional and knowledgeable. They Def won a new customer over. I'll be coming here from MA, about 30 minutes away from me from now on for any and everything I need for my bike. Thank you! It's really hard to find a reliable shop in the area for motorcycles but from the moment you step in the door all you get is good vibes! Looking forward to getting more work done here in the future!

They were very good; gave my bike a service overall, safety checks, new fluids, filters, replaced worn lines, new brakes, and were helpful in giving me mantenance tips and reservice dates.

This place was amazing. Emailed them after 5pm on Saturday. Got a response practically instantly and had an appointment 1st thing on Monday. Rob handled everything so professionally and we had our baby back in less than an hour. Great service, great prices. Even got some great recommendations for places to visit while here in the CT area. Worst service would not recommend . These guys show a lack of assistance on the simplest thing. I've never met a business that turns you away instead of trying to meet your needs. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt twice and both times left the shop with a sense of unwillingness to attempt to resolve my issue. Very displeasing I would not waste your time try finding a shop that puts your needs first and that will make you feel welcomed and appreciate your business.
