Once again Sparks auto went above and beyond expectations. Being an old, retired, Yankee from Maine, I'm very cautious about spending money AKA 'cheap'. Anyway you look at it, auto repair isn't cheap however, the folks at Sparks a very upfront with what they're going to do and what it will cost. I've never felt like I'm being lied to or being taken advantage of. Both my wife and I use them and we're both pleased with their service.

It is a comfort to completely trust your auto mechanic. How would you describe a mechanic who goes further than "above and beyond"? Whatever that phrase is, it describes Sparks Auto Service! They - in particular Ryan - have helped our family through aging cars, used car purchase inspections, and the occasional urgent "Will you look at this wire hanging down from the undercarriage?!" kinds of questions. They are always accommodating and easy to schedule. In short, Sparks delivers top notch service with both competence and easy interactions.

Friendly service but the job took 6 days instead of the two/three days they said. I also would suggest there be more communication in these situations. I had to continue to reach out to receive the updates.

I recently purchased an old, used car (2008 Toyota Rav4) that needed a lot of work. The work they completed was of good quality, reasonable price (price to replace catalytic converter was much less than original quotes I received from three other shops) and completed around my schedule. Their team was friendly and professional.

Recently had to take my 2013 Fiat 500 in to get some work done. They not only took care of all issues. They kept in contact with everything they were doing. Excellent customer service, Excellent work, and great place for other FIAT owners to go. To get work done on the adult sized gokarts... Love this place, absolutely recommend! (Update, this place has good service and hope to see them continue to do well)

My new go to auto service! This is my second visit for an oil change and it will be where I get all my auto service and repairs done. They are professional, friendly, efficient and there’s no upsell going on like I’ve experienced at dealerships and oil service chain venues. No need to take my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica anywhere else. I trust and highly recommend Sparks!

The guys here really took care of me. Took my Mazda CX-5 in and they were good enough to let me know the car wasn't worth fixing due to the extent of the repair vs. the cost of getting a new car. They totally could have told me the cost of fixing it, made their money and never look back. But, they didn't. They also gave me a couple names of places I could take it to possibly sell or trade. Really nice guys. I'd use them again.
