If I could give 0 stars I would - took my car to get inspected and it failed, they quoted outter tie rods and a marker light to be replaced. The work was done and brought back to their shop and they failed it again saying that the parts they originally said needed to be replaced were the wrong parts and it should have been the inner tie rods. They then tried to show paperwork with different notes to say ‘inner’ instead of ‘outter’ - From my experience, they cannot be trusted and I will no longer do business with them.

Tried to beat me in the head took my car here for inspection and they tried to charge me for something that was not part of the car inspection process

Ya boi replaced my 08 prius brake actuator with an aftermarket one I brought in. Fixed my exhaust pipe as a courtesy. Love this place and will be back every time

I recently took my 2008 4Runner to Spark Auto Services in Richmond, VA, for some major repairs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They replaced my shocks, rear brake pads, rotors, caliper, ignition coils, and spark plugs. The work was extensive, but they handled it all with professionalism and expertise. Spark Auto Services will be my go-to shop for any future maintenance. The team is knowledgeable, transparent about their work, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Kind, honest and fairly priced. I was in a super tough spot as our vehicle started to have a major issue while we were traveling on a long road trip. I found this place by chance and these guys took care of me. They had cars in all work bays at the time but took pity on me, squeezed me in with time they really did not have to accommodate my emergency. They could have turned me away since they were so busy with cars at the time, but they were very gracious and got our vehicle up and running so that we could continue our journey. If you live around these parts, I highly recommend you give this shop a chance. We need to support small businesses especially when you come across an honest and hard working crew who happened to also be very kind. My visit was a while ago, Dec 19, 2022. Needed a wheel alignment. Did a walk in and I was serviced very quickly. The lounge was great to wait and spend time until they were finished . In and out !
