They have had the car for FIVE months. He never answers his phone and he makes non stop excuses. He keeps ordering parts because every other weeks. Why not just order all the parts at once. He says he will call but never calls. When you go into speak to him he doesn't care. I still don't have my car back and im losing business as its my work vehicle. Do NOT take your car to this mechanic unless you want it in the lot for months and months. The Worst mechanic in all of Oklahoma!!!!

Wonderful workers and amazing owner. Strives to get the job done and right. Goes out of their way for the customer. I was scared to trust my car to any mechanic, but they knew exactly what to do and how to fix it.

Had a tranny rebuilt, bells and whistles. Pulled myself and took the unit here, in and out in about 2 weeks. It's a hit or miss when it comes to turn around times, took months for another job I had... but overall, good service.

Busy men! Took a week to adjust rockers but did an excellent job and fairly priced! Just make sure to lock your car when you drop it off. Some typical Lawton Crack head took my center counsel with some stuff in it

My husband had to get his transfer case rebuilt and decided to take it here. He called first and the man said he could have it done in a week! That was very convenient and sure enough we dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and was able to pick it up the next Friday! He is a hard honest working man and is dedicated to his customers.

Incredible work and service!! We are from out of town and had alternator trouble on our road trip. They got us in right away and back on the road by evening. Made our day since we have to be back at work tomorrow morning! Most highly recommended!!! Thank you!!!!

Completely and utterly terrible choice to bring my vehicle here. Terrible experience, terrible service and unprofessional. Took my vehicle in for transmission issue and the manager told me to come back in two weeks. Two weeks turned into a month. I gave them money for a part they said they needed. I deployed and left contact information for any updates on the vehicle. No updates were given unless you called them. One year later and my vehicle was worse than how I left it. No timelines were ever met. When I went to pick up the vehicle, one of the mechanics was smoking in my vehicle while moving it for me to take it. They have an enormous amount of vehicles in their lot that I am assuming are waiting to get worked on. I saw tags from 2016 that was just sitting there! Do NOT use this company for anything they will string you along as long as you let them.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any shop. Dropped the car off in April and was told it would be done in 10 days. When I called after the 10 days they hadn’t even touched the car and said they were finishing up other problems. Let them know I needed it done ASAP as I was moving at the end of May out of state. Owner said no problem and it would be done in a week. Needless to say it wasn’t done in a week and wasn’t done at the end of May when I was planning to move. It was finally done at 3 AM the day after I was supposed to leave and I drove it for .3 seconds before it broke again doing the same thing. Owner said he would have it fixed again at no charge and then tow it out to my new place. He didn’t show of course and promised he would be there the next week. He didn’t and then absolutely ghosted me. I had to have a friend go pick it up and it still wasn’t fixed. Paid $1700 for something that wasn’t fixed and another $1000 to have it shipped to me. If you are military DO NOT GO HERE. He will screw you over because he knows he’s got time and you won’t be local to do anything about it and you’ll probably get your car back worse than before.

I have never been to a better shop. Yes, it can take some time for your vehicle to get on a lift, but that is because the mechanics are some of the best, and everyone trusts them, and for good reason.

With transmission repairs, I always wait at least six months to review. Well it is now close to a 9 months since my rebuild. Transmission is still like brand new! They did a great job! Thanks

Amazing work, gave them a time line and was able to get it done faster than expected ontop of their already full lot. Great work and I haven't had any issues with their work. Very respectful and I highly recommend there services to anyone in a struggle. Very good transmission work and honestly runs and drives better than brand new. They accept cash app and/ or cash only.

I am a retired, disable veteran and my body won't let me do the things that I used to do. When the transmission in my truck was leaking more fluid than the engine was using gas, I pulled it myself. Then my body said "Nope", and I towed the pieces to Joe. Even before I had left, he had the transmission torn down to kit form and showed me what the problem was. He talked to me at my knowledge level and explained everything in all the detail that was needed. Great work, great price, great people.

I just want to say thank you to joe and his hand that rebuilt the transmission in my wife’s 2013 Yukon xl. They did a great job and won my trust in their abilities. Works as if it was brand new. They’re reasonable on price and warranty and joe was extremely knowledgeable and assuring. Always had time to listen and explain things to me and that really shows a lot to customers. A real stand up guy and man of his word. Can’t find many like this. If I have any future issues I know this will be the place I do business. Btw, shop looks to have a lot going on but don’t worry, lol! They’ll get you in and out in a timely manner. Thanks again!

Joey..Will and Jacob were extremely thorough and knowledgable ..they went above and beyond in all aspects of my service experience..when there any changes or delays they contacted me immediately and kept up informed every step of the way..upon completion we had an unforeseen need to use our warranty..they not only honored the warranty but got our hummer back in immediately ..made the repairs and did not ask for one additional anything..not so much as a penny ..I would recommend this place of business to anyone in need of automotive repair

Just moved to the area and my clutch wouldn't engage. I searched for a shop and was told to see these guys. I limped my car over and they took care of it in no time. Turned out to not be anything they could have said it was just for more money but they didn't. They got me back on the road better and faster than any shop I've been to in the past for anything. I will definitely be seeking their help if I have any car maintenance needs in the future. Thank you gentlemen. Bill

Took my 2007 Chevy Avalanche in on Wednesday July 13th around noon.. whining noise from rear end, and wasn't going into 3rd or 4th gears. Was given an estimate and a 7 day turnaround time frame. Well, I received a call Monday morning (3 day turnaround) stating that my truck was ready. The cost was half of the estimate and one tenth of an estimate that I had received two weeks earlier from another repair shop. Drives like new. I appreciate their quickness, great service and most of all, the honesty! I have a new repair shop and Mechanic that I will trust with my vehicles! Barry LeDay Super satisfied, happy customer!

I called and set up an appointment for 9am today, Friday. I find the place, miraculously because there's no advertising or any sign posted. I call several times, leave a voicemail, no answer, no response, the shop isn't even open even tho it says it is online, in addition to having verbally made the appointment. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

This place is great. Fair priced, polite and just good old school mechanics. I had a th350 transmission rebuilt for an 82 gmc. Truck now drives like it’s brand new! Some people have left less good reviews stating how they don’t answer phone or they took longer than estimated. Well here is the thing all the workers are mechanics. If they have their hands full, full of oil, installing something heavy, etc. they may not answer. Just call back later no big deal. Also stuff happens, people get behind or people get sick or whatever. Mechanics never know what they are going to encounter during the work. Broke parts, seized bolts, etc. they can’t help that give them a break if they take a little longer. This place was great to me and I’m very happy with my rebuild. I would recommend for sure and will go back for future business.

Took my car here to get transmission fixed on December 17, 2020. As of Feb 1st, 2021 I still do not have my car back. No communication about anything, and it seems I only get excuses when I ask about the progress. This is the first, last, and only time I will go here. Edit 1: March 1, 2021 and I still don't have my car back. Edit 2: April 3, 2021 Still didn't fix my car, and overheard them say 'We couldn't do anything with it anyway.' I took it IN PIECES to another shop.
