What a wonderful experience! I brought teddy the tundra in for oil change and tire rotation. Pam was extremely polite and wonderful to talk to. Also, I got email and text updates on my truck as it was going through the service. Also, I got an email about recommendations for services. I simply chose the ones I wanted, signed and approved right from my phone! I wish all dealerships worked this way! Maybe having a toyota ant that bad after all, lol.

When you take your vehicle for service they hold it for long period of time w/ the excuse they are doing an overall check-up, so they can hold you in the wait in area trying to sell the vehicles they brought to the lot or sell you one from the computer twice as much expensive. They don't have any respect for the customers. Then they want to over-charge you for the service. DON'T BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM SOUTHWEST TOYOTA!!!

10AM appt for scheduled inspection & maint. $1600 estimate, 5-6 hrs. OK, it is what it is. Two(2) hours later truck is still sitting in parking lot. Office staff tried, procedures are the problem. You're just another number.
