I bought a Nissan Altima from them a few months ago, they assured me the oil had been changed when they received it a month prior. 4,500 miles later I get my oil changed and I’m told it hasn’t been changed since it was at 7,000 miles. It was at 15,900 when I bought it. They said there was sludge in the oil and it could have damaged my engine.

I was lead to believe I had features on my suv and that has turned out to be a lie. I know I should have dug in and made sure before I bought it but silly me I trusted my salesman. Another lesson learned to not trust dealerships.

We bought a vehicle from SW Toyota of Lawton in January 2025. Francis was amazing the whole time. Friendly, accommodating, NON-pushy. Everything we wanted in a car buying experience! Jordan was also great when it came time to sign the final papers and purchase the vehicle. Speedy doesn’t even describe it. We were in and out of Jordan’s office in about 7 minutes. I highly recommend this location! Ask for Francis and you won’t be disappointed!

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. Immanuel provided outstanding service, showing great attention to detail and helping me find the perfect vehicle at the right price. Mike made the sales and finance processes were efficient and seamless. Although the specific vehicle I wanted wasn’t in stock at the Lawton location, the team arranged for it to be delivered from another dealership within three days. In the meantime, they provided me with a courtesy vehicle, which was a thoughtful touch. While there were minor delays with the third-party delivery service, the manager, Ramiro, went above and beyond to ensure my experience remained positive throughout the entire process. When my vehicle arrived, the team thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and prepared it, so it was ready for me as soon as I arrived. I highly recommend this dealership. 10/10 for exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction!

We bought a used suv there today and had a great experience. We live in Duncan. They answered our calls and messaged or called back promptly as needed. Our salesman was Brock and was knowledgeable and attentive. The finance manager had paperwork ready and everything was quick and easy.
