Got a flat, on the freeway in area where could not put doughnut tire on my brand-new car! This was Memorial Day Weeknd. 3 days later, Mr. Charles was gonna honor my request to patch the belt after we acknowledged the sidewall was damaged on the new high-end tire but, when I saw the bubble on the sidewall, Charles offered a great tire to keep me safe at a very good price. I truly appreciated his higher concern for safety and will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair & honest service. Oh, and by the way, there was a 7-inch cobalt 5/16 drill bit broken into 2 pieces bouncing around inside the tire!

Andrew was so helpful. I got a flat tire, changed it out, and found out our spare was flat too! I towed my car over and he got her going again in no time at all. It was affordable, quick and pleasant. I'll be bringing my wife's car here for tires as well. Thanks Andrew!
