Ask for my guy Neil, and he will get you taken care of. He certainly took care of me when I was having what felt like the worst day ever. Instead of just trying to sell me a new tire, he was able to plug that tire and get me on my way. N i appreciated that!

Fast, friendly, fair, local small business. I won't go anywhere else. 4 tires on a walk in, I was in and out in less than 45 min. Left with a smile and better tires.

This place is by far the best tire place of its kind in Indianapolis. I have been there several times over the past few years, everytime they have been honest, professional and affordable. The owner doesn't try to overcharge or sell you things you don't need. I am always alone and a younger female that doesn't know much about tires or cars. Instead of any attempt to take advantage of that they go above and beyond to ensure I am well taken care of for the least amount of money possible. Every. Single. Time.

Pulled up with my donut on the rear pass. side , was out in just under 45 minutes being in line behind a few people. Quick, straight forward, and extremely helpful.

Always go there for used tires. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Have had tire issues with alignment problems. They always give me good tires. Best used tires around. Will not go anywhere else.

Everything under the sun was coming at me for the worst and I was overwhelmed woke up to a flat tire and a teenage boy of mine getting stitches from being out w friends ,on top of being a temp pressured with time.. by the grace of God after losing my job I had basically given it to God and that's when from nowhere I drive past this tire shop and something told me to turn around and so I did ...Took only ten minutes and this company had turned my day around..my Tire is fixed my spirit had lifted and I met some really sweet people that work there... They took real good care of me.. very genuine people and you don't find that anywhere these days in Indianapolis..

Lady in front desk and worker guys pretty nice ! But the old guy who’s drives white Chevrolet 2500 is very arrogant and racists!!!! I was waiting for replace my tires and he almost hit me with he’s truck! He saw that he did wrong by treating the customer badly, and he never apologized.

Was told over the phone 60 out the door. Get there, told the guy I wanted to see the tire...shows me one that had 2 damn patches. I said no, not for 60.00.. Brings me another and tried to hide it. Ended up costing me 69.00...I WILL NEVER EVER EVER!!!!! GO BACK THERE AND ILL BE SURE TO WARN ANYONE THAT SAYS THEY'RE GOING THERE.

Tried to charge me $66 for a bald tire then told me that's what they go for. So bald used tires go for what you can buy some brand new ones for? Had em change it or I was getting a refund. He did switch it for a decent one so I'm raising the stars. And it was a carry out not put on a vehicle. I got on expensive gold but I didn't get it by being stupid. Edit,tire was flat the next morning. May if been coincidence or bad stem or something but that would of shown during the water test.

Just got hit with another $5 to put air in my tires! I told the guy, “why didn’t you tell me up front??” He just robbed me in plain daylight. What has happened to America? It’s a grease ball place , stay away..

My mother in law had her tire plugged/repaired here about 1 to 2 months ago. Her TPS came on after that and I took her car today to Discount Tire to check. Found out the repair done by Southside Tire was done incorrectly. Was told they used ATV patching material instead of passenger vehicle material. This ended up ruining the tire and had to be replaced today.

Went in because they were the one place that told me they could replace my flat tire same day. Service was quick, staff was nice. They told me I didn't need to replace the tire and they could just repair it. So I wound up spending much less than I expected to.
