Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very nice/helpful. They do quality work at reasonable rates. They won't be as cheap as a shade tree mechanic, but if you care about getting things done right, they do things properly and "by the book" while still being much cheaper than the dealer. They also work with modifications and will allow customers to provide their own parts, which is rarer and rarer these days. They didn't try to "nickel and dime" me with any "upsells" or additional services. They will do what you ask/is needed, no more, no less. They are also very quick to respond for quotes (do them through the website) and are easily available for questions if you call. Also the waiting room is super cool! I was very satisfied and will be bringing all my VWs here going forward.

Hunter and the guys at Southside Euro are the best! Had my R8 in to diagnose a nagging fault code and the team was always willing to take the next step to find the root cause of my issue without trying band-aid fixes or just throwing parts at it. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, especially given the quality of the service and I was always able to get an answer to any of my concerns along the way in a very timely order. I'm normally one to do my own work, but when I run out of skill, I know who to turn to. Thanks again, guys!

It's rare to have a service center reduce their estimate. Once they dug into the car I was looking to buy, they realized the inspection would be easier than expected and called to let me know the price would be reduced. That is fair and just good business practice. I felt they genuinely looked out for my interests.

I was nervous to take my Audi etron hybrid to a random oil place and the dealer prices were unbelievable. Southside Euro was a similar price to any other oil change and I was confident they knew what they were doing. I will definitely be back for any other repair or maintenance needs.

Another Auto Repair Shop that has gone Corporate! I was told I have to diagnose my own problem and ask for the repair… Otherwise, there’s a $130 Charge if They have to tell me what the problem is. I’m not a mechanic, so I can only describe the symptoms, or noise I see or feel. I should have known, when they started using A.I. for Customer interface! Zero Customer Service.

Best mechanic experience I've had while owning a Mercedes! Friendly service and an easy-to-use site made communication a breeze. Got an appointment set up on Wednesday to diagnose an engine issue and dropped the car off Friday morning at 9am. Diagnostic results were sent to me at 10:23am, I approved the repairs, and the car was ready for pickup at 4pm. Fair prices and high-quality work, will definitely return in the future.

I began having some problems with my 2012 VW Golf and needed to find a new mechanic. I contacted Southside Euro the day before Thanksgiving and they were quick getting back to me with an estimate. We were able to get the necessary part ordered and I brought my car in the following week. My car has some age on it and unsurprisingly they diagnosed a few issues during the inspection. I appreciate that they provided photographs as well as a detailed breakdown of the cost. I bit the bullet and we took care of all the repairs. I was very pleased with how quickly they completed everything- my car was ready within a couple of days. The car has been driving great, they were able to resolve all of my issues. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for any future services!

I had cam seals and a drive line belt needed replacing on my Mercedes and these guys were all very helpful with it all. Overall great experience! Adam was super informative on any questions I had. Will definitely be bringing my car in for any future things I may need, thank you guys!
