Been dealing with Doug for a while now & he works on both of my cars. My truck had been leaking in the inside for almost 2 years so I mention it to him & he shot a couple things at me that he was going to check out. Well come to find out my sunroof’s drain was clogged. No problems since, he even got my heat/defrost operating better in my truck! Having car issues call Southside Auto & ask for Doug. S/O to Brittany also for her great customer service she compliments the company very well♥️

Great experience with this shop! Competent and informative mechanics, and the fastest I've ever gotten my vehicle repaired. They fixed a big screw up done by a previous shop and assured me if I had any problems with their work to bring it back and they'd take care of it. Definitely recommend this place

Oh when I say this place should either hire someone who knows how to talk to people or SHUT DOWN...a woman can't ask no questions without offending Doug... WOW 😮 the way that so called man talked to me was so unprofessional and ignorant I wouldn't recommend a dog stop by unless he looking for companionship because the humans are horrible!! He put words in my mouth turned the story around has a terrible attitude just nasty as they come I will never do business here again... change isn't always good... Mr Ted wouldn't have ever did business like this.. Doug is a big liar and he doesn't know how to talk to people and I feel sorry for his significant other....RUN don't walk

Very dishonest. Took advantage of the fact I was from out of town. Promised to help me out on a problem that surfaced when my car was in their hands, when I called to schedule the service again, the owner acted like he never promised to help and hung up on me.
