I've been using this shop for years as my go to. The price an service and the speed in which they get it done has no equal. When having issues with my truck Red had me drop off my truck an he would work on it an get it running so i wouldn't miss work, When arriving to pick it up not only was the shop not open but my truck wasn't ready either. Come to find out i received a call after hours ( Around 9:30pm) from Red apologizing that an emergency had came up, he just finished my truck and literally delivered it to my driveway for me that evening. They take great care of their customers and i wouldn't dare think of taking my truck anywhere else!

We chose this business because they gave us a good price to change our torque converter. We dropped it off on December 21st and have yet to pick it up! They’ve had it 25 days. We were originally told it would be done on January 2nd or 3rd. But we’ve been given the runaround ever since. They don’t answer the phone and have no voicemail. My husband has actually had to go there twice to get any answers about his car. I would not recommend this place at all unless you have a second vehicle and don’t mind not knowing about your car for a month. The price is great but you get what you pay for!

Sincerest "Thank you" to Southside Auto for helping my husband and dog out after they broke down while towing our camper. It was after hours but the guys stuck around until they got there and got my boys back on the road! We were ready to pay out the wazoo for an after hours brake line repair, instead they charged him a fraction of what they should have. Only good, honest people do things like that! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Always friendly, fast and through at their work. They noticed I had a ball joint going out after they did a minor repair to my car. I didn’t have enough money at the time to fix the ball joint so before I left Bruce the owner took my car for a test drive to see just how bad it was and if it could be pushed off for another 2 weeks. He knew I had kids and wanted to make sure we would all be safe. Great service! He went above and beyond!

HORRIBLE!!! Red, the guy who worked at Southside Auto Service screwed timing chain badly on my vehicle to the point I had to take it to a different shop and he refused refund my money which it was Vocational Rehabiliation's money!
