They saved me hundreds my hood couldn't close and I went to so many places and almost all said I had to replace the locking mechanism and only the dealer was the only place that can help me and it would cost me a couple of hundreds I was so depressed until my neighbor told me to go to them I only paid $20 i couldn't believe it so from now on I go to them GO TO THEM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

Would HIGHLY recommend this shop. My driving belts popped out front of their shop and they came out and diagnosed the issue immediately and ordered parts. They were quick, explained everything, and were super affordable. 10/10

About two months ago, I went there and they fixed and replaced thermostat before inspection. I got passed for inspection. I also asked then to change oil motor and filter. Few months later, I got leak. On July 31, 2019, I went there very early in the morning and told to Vincent about the leak. He checked and told me to need replacement oil pan gasket because of leak. But he changed plan and asked me about air condition need to be fix because my truck didn't work air condition so I decided to let them fix air condition and cost for $175. I waited and stand outside is too hot. He told me, part delivery will be arrive around at noon. I said, ok and I can wait. But they put me last and let them first fix cars. I was wondering, what happen about oil pan gasket because leak need to be fix it. So I waited until 3pm. They got parts and fixed air condition for 2 hours until 5pm. Vincent overcharged me for $390. But not fix it for oil pan gasket. I asked him, what happen about leak. He said, don't worry. It is just little leak. If problem and come back to him. I was thinking, why fix air condition? I didn't ask them to fix air condition. And surprised me $390. He told me, $175. And not fix oil pan gasket. I believed they're rip off your money. I waited from 9am to 5pm. I wasn't pleasure with them and waste of my time. I waited all day until 5pm. I highly not recommend. Stay far away. They're unprofessional but greedy money. Be careful when you get there and see for yourself. I will never again to go South Side Auto Repair 👎👎👎👎👎

Not sure why this place has reviews that are more than 1 star. Don’t bother wasting your time coming here. Worst service. Rude and confrontational workers. Prices are incredibly high and work is not at all reliable. Would not even give it 1 star.

Unprofessional. I wish I never ever stepped foot in this shop. They take you for all they could. And get mad when you Complain about it. I asked for a atomized receipt and they bill you for screwing and unscrewing each screw ....never go there

Worst service ever!!! Don't ever ever go to this guy. You go in for a service and they end up giving you multiple stuff and being told that if you don't do it your car is un drive able ......liers and thieves!!
