Southern Tire was an absolute God send to me today ❤️ I am moving my elderly father North and was hoping to get on the road before winter weather hit when the tire sensor light came on. I stopped in without warning, and they had the car in the bay within five minutes to check it over. All of the guys I spoke with, from the gentleman in the shop to the man at the counter, were so incredibly kind, polite and helpful. They checked it all over and had me out the door in no time, assuring me the tires were safe for our trip. They refused to take any payment, wished me safe travels, and unbeknownst to me at the time, even took a few extra minutes to vacuum out Dad’s car. Those gentleman had no idea what an absolutely exhausting week it’s been and their kindness & assistance was a true blessing! I HIGHLY recommend Southern Tire and would give them 10 stars if it were an option❤️

I've been dealing with Denis at Southern for a few years now and I always feel like I'm getting value and great service. On several occasions my work truck was involved and they have always placed my order quickly, installed and on the road again. Trailer tires and small car tires, Denis always offers an alternative to big name brands giving us options. This is a local business taking care of local people. I will warn you that they are busy and the newer location is cramped, but these guys always get it done.

From the moment I walked in the two gentlemen at the counter were very welcoming. Answered all questions I asked and accommodating to the tire I needed. I bought a used tire which was very affordable. And the guys in the shop put it on quickly. I am very pleased with the service I received from this place and will definitely be returning for new tires in the future!

Asked this shop to install custom wheels. Instead of doing a fitment check, they installed and tried to drive the vehicle off the rack and then and only then they tell me “we have a problem-wheels don’t fit and as you can see from the pics, scratched both wheels and calibers on a brand new Durango SRT. The individuals working that day took no responsibility or doing the right thing. Be careful with this shop. Thanks for damaging $2K worth of front wheels and $1K front Brembos.

Called at 8:30AM told them I already had tires and wheels off the car just needed mount and balance. Affordable price and had it done quickly. Also no damage to A/M wheels, didn’t lose any hubcentric rings or center caps. Would recommend! Thank you!!

Posting on behalf of my boyfriend. Took in aftermarket rims and tires to be put on truck. Had to sell me new lug nuts, when they were finished with the install they said that three lug nuts would not go onto the studs. Went out to look at studs and the three that he gave me two were one size and three were another size. Seems like they installed the wrong lug nuts on the stud and ruined thread then told us they don’t have the proper equipment to fix this issue. They also did not put air in my tires. My tires are wobbling while driving now so I now have to go to get another shop to get these two issues fixed. Gave them my money to only cause more issues.

The staff was friendly. When I was quoted the price for a used tire and labor I thought the guy was kidding. Affordable and the used tire looked almost new. I recommend anyone looking for tire service to Southern Tire of Summerville

Fantastic place! Was visiting from out of town and my tire light and sure enough there was a nail - so happy I found Southern Tire - they made a stressful situation easy and got my tire patched up quickly. Highly recommend!

I happily re-tired with the friendly team at Southern. They had 4 new Michelin Defender 2 tires same day I called. Install & balance was quick - maybe 30 minutes, and at an honest price. New tread rides great, thanks guys!
